It went fine. I use them because they are dependable and offer good service. They were on time and did what they said they would do. There are never any surprises with them and I like that.

They were very competent and courteous. There had been no problems with their services.

Our experience with them has been mixed. We bought an evaporative cooler from them a couple of years ago and the installation was not 100% and then when we asked them to come and fix it and they charged us for it. Our relationship with them has not been very good. We have not been really thrilled with them but unfortunately, they are one of the only ones who does that sort of thing here. The people that would use them should get everything in writing. We had a summer only kind of deal with them and we got the work done mostly on our own. We got the cooler working well last summer and it seemed to be okay but it was not any thanks to them. It was because of what we did. But their price was okay. We would use them again in the future only if we had to.

The service was excellent. They were great. We were happy with them. He came on a hot day, and it was hot in the house, but he didn't complain one bit. He worked quickly. They also told us we needed to replace the air conditioner.

Technician's showed up on time and did a great job with the instillation of the HVAC system. The area was left very clean. The new HVAC system works very well. After completion the technician went over the sale contract and showed me how the system worked. Great service.

Tech was very professional and clean, wore booties in the house. Very nice people and would definitely use again. This is the original AC unit from 1994, so no surprise that it will need to be replaced.

Our issue was that our heating and cooling system wasn't getting to the far bedrooms. The master bedroom is freezing in summer while the guest room is warm and visa versa in winter the master bedroom is hot while guest room is cold. The technician who came out recommended a larger system which we let them install in spite of the first one being only two years old. The old one was also low on coolant so it was running constantly and wasn't really cooling at all. I was intent on having the newest and most energy efficient so was susceptible to the concept that the one he suggested would be better. I think we should have insisted that he do a complete inspection of the system before he suggested a solution. Anyway he was very nice and they did do a good job in the installation, but the heat and cooling still don't reach the back bedrooms. I mentioned this to him and he went down into the crawl space and said that the original people had done a weird job with the vents or whatever they are called and he would basically have to start all over to get them right and we had already spent enough money so we left it. I feel like they really do a good job and do care about their work and are certainly friendly and nice and it wasn't cooling at all when they came and now it is so I feel mean suggesting that perhaps just fixing the coolant leak might have been enough.

My experience with them has stopped as the builder helped me buy the heating system that failed I rated them faily on the previous work done.

Performed maintenance checks on our furnace and changed the filters as part of their "Comfort Club" package. It is our second year as a One Hour Idaho "Comfort Club" member. The service is exceptional so worth the money. Thanks guys!

The technician was very pleasant and professional and the work went well, but we feel we paid way too much. One Hour's pricing system is based on categories of work to be performed that appear to be set to cover the most expensive contingencies. The price to replace the pump was quoted as $229. We also paid a service fee of $79, for a total of $308. We wanted to get the repair finished and agreed to the quoted price. The technician was here for less than an hour. I checked later the cost of the pump at several online dealers ($45). So even if the price of the pump with markup had been $100, it seems to me the fair price would have been $179 (service fee + cost of pump). Although we were very happy with the service we received, next time we will call a company that charges on the basis of time and materials actually required.

I was happy with their service that they provided.

If they show up more than an hour late, this company eats the bill. I do love punctuality, and it was delivered. Excellent and prompt service. Great value for the money. I'll definitely call on them again!

I haven’t been billed for it as yet. I have used them for years. They were kind of complicated heating hydronics system. They are just amazing when it comes to responsiveness. They were not coming out to consult and I don’t think they would be charging us for the last visit on 2nd December.
