Thank you. I'll definitely call you when I do need help! I didn't need their service as the scheduler was on the ball and bright enough, to ask if "I had checked the batteries." I didn't know they had them. I had another service out here last spring that charged me a service call, never said a word about batteries, and I bet that's all he did was replace the batteries.

Service man arrived when promised, explained everything he did and made me feel reassured that I would have heat through the winter. Very reasonable price.

Services performed as paid for Scheduling snafu, would have missed the tech if I didn't happen to be working from home, sick with a cold. Grateful he had spare filters for my furnace I could purchase at time of service.

First time around, there was a scheduling snafu, and One-Hour was fantastic and humble about making it right with me. I will use this company again for sure, as I felt the responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge of the entire team was fantastic. Tech arrived on time, in professional uniform, and wore plastic booties in my house (my carpet is older anyway, but the gesture was appreciated). He made some suggestions about my A/C and what might come due for replacement soon and what their expected costs would be, but did not pressure me into buying because he was ALSO honest with me in telling me those parts existing in my unit still had some life left to them. Additionally, although he was not there to service my furnace, he was kind enough to take a quick look inside to make sure I was safe (furnace is OLD). Thank you One-Hour, for fantastic customer service. Will return again!

Service technician was clean, courteous, and knew his craft.

They are really good. As far as I can tell he came out and did everything correct. He even opened up some vents that I didn't know about. He certainly did "A" work.

I waited 7 days for a tech to come out. His first trip, he looked at a tag from the gas company that said the furnace needed service, so he left without doing anything. I called and asked him if he had fired up the furnace. He said no. Late Friday afternoon, he went back and started the furnace and determined that I needed a new furnace and since it was Friday afternoon, nothing could be done until Monday. I had a problem with this company once before for poor performance by the tech. I will never call this company again. I own 10 properties and they obviously don't need my business.

It was fine. I would hire them again. If I do have a problem, I will be calling them. Pricing was fair. They were here.

Fine I guess, but it seemed mostly used an opportunity to try and sell us a new unit. Of course. If you want to give a bid, most places offer that without charge. The tech spent all of 10 minutes on the system and 20 on trying to talk me into a new unit. Also said something's to say that it was pulling three times the power of a new system. When I had others come to look at the system they did not find the same and when I related them to them they said that wasn't true without saying who said it. They ran the same test and showed me the numbers did not match what was said. So anyway, I don't know for sure anything nefarious was going on so I will just leave a three but I was not impressed and will not call back.

Could not have been more pleased. The Service Technician was on time, friendly, courteous and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Very positive experience for us! We will call One Hour again.

They came out during the 2 hour window they had provided, prepared to do the work. The agreed amount was $40 to do the tuneup to the system which involved checking everything to see if it was functioning correctly. In addition, we knew that a capacitor needed replacing and wanted a price to replace it. They informed me that the cost to replace the capacitor would be about $240 (above and beyond the $40.) They described what they needed to do and walked out to get the part. At that point I looked up the part on my phone and found that the retail price was about $25 and asked them why it was being marked up so much. They told me that the price was the markup on the part and the labor. Given that the labor to replace the part itself would only have been 5 minutes, I felt that $225 was exceptionally high for what they were going to do. Then it was explained to me that part of the $225 was in checking the system afterwards to make sure that nothing else was wrong and I asked whether this would be part of the tuneup of the system. At this point I rejected the capacitor and let them know to just finish the tuneup and I would pay them the $40. At that point they started doing this but then said that they really couldn't do the tuneup without the capacitor installed. As they had done quite a bit, I still offered to pay the $40 but they rejected this. At this point they put everything back in place, made sure the air conditioner ran as it did before, and even tightened up a couple of bolts that were loose to eliminate sound. I then went to an air conditioner parts store, bought the correct capacitor for $17 and with a friend's help (with a lot more experience), replaced it in about 5 minutes.

Technician was honest and did not push unnecessary items. He was on time and considerate of my time constrains.

After our bad experience on the Sunday after Christmas, One hour called me and apologized and is refunding our service fee. Needless to say this changes our perception of One hour.

The service person took time to thoroughly check the furnace. He took photos of a critical problem and explained clearly what needed to be done.

Went very well. I felt the service was thorough and technician provided a comprehensive report. I got a promotion price, but NO hard sell!

Overall good experience. They were not the most responsive when communicating through Angie's List but once an appointment was scheduled everything was smooth. The guy was nice, I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me or rip me off at all. Seemed honest. Would use them again.

It went well, nice professional company. They did want was expected and in a timly manner.

I all went very well over-all. There were some issues figuring out our system (we have 3 zones), but they worked through them and and made sure everything was working.

the service tech was very professional and did a thorough job. I used their $39 coupon on both houses. I bought one filter for each house and they gave me one free for each house. When it's time for the furnace tune-up I will get their yearly service plan. I was very pleased with their service.

The Tech was prompt and pleasant.. Would recommend to anyone.
