It took less than an hour after purchasing the service for someone to call and schedule the appointment. The technician arrived at the promised time, was efficient, courteous, and checked the units. Best of all, there was no sales pitch about something we may or may not need in the future, so that is always appreciated. Great service and value, thanks!

It went well, I couldn't be out side with the tech the whole time as I was having work done inside at the same time. When I was out side I saw that the tech had some things taken off of the air conditioner unit and was testing things. However he was not real clear on exactly what he did when he was finished, that is the only reason I gave them a B on professionalism. He did give me some suggestions for making my unit last longer, but it entailed adding something to my unit that cost extra that I did not want to pay at the moment.

When I first called them, they told me they would call me back within 20 minutes. I never got a call back so I called them a few hours later. I was told that I would have to wait a week before they could come see my broken A/C. They promised me a time of Friday between 5-7pm. So I wait in the heat for a week, and when Friday rolls around they don't show up. I wanted to call someone else by this point, but I knew I'd have to wait another week before anyone could come out - every place was busy. So I called them back up and they said they don't know who I talked to and that they never had me on any schedule. Still, they squeezed me in the next day (a Saturday). Because they missed my initial time, they waived the service fee. My Freon had leaked out and sadly it was the expensive type and I had to pay $450 to replace 4 pounds of it. That's an average price for Freon currently.

They did great! Showed up on time, had what they needed to do the job, and provided me a report on the performance of both the A/C and Furnace units. Exactly what I wanted.,

. I would like to apologize for the negative review I gave One Hour Heating and Air. Just moving here from TX I was not aware that in order to have the air conditioner tune up the temperature needed to be at a certain temperature. So I was VERY frustrated when the company kept making appointments and then canceling. NOW that I know I can understand. The company is working on making this tune up happen. I AM TRULY SORRY FOR THE BAD REVIEW. They are going to do the job and I am sure that I will be a HAPPY Customer.

On time, friendly, no issues.

I had an issue with the furnace after they left, but they returned as soon as I called and fixed the issue. Very professional and courteous technician.

We really like their work and their rates. They do what they say they are going to do and always make sure we are ok with things before they begin the work. 1 Hour used to be called Right Now, but has since changed and we wanted to inform people it was now a differemt company.

I had a lab appointment the morning of the service call, and got home, about one minute after the scheduled service call. The serviceman had been to the door, and finding no one home was preparing to leave. He was there when he said he would be. He very quickly was able to determine the source of the noise, and quickly determined the date of purchase (before I could find my paperwork to give him), and assured me that it was under warranty. He said he would order the part, and call when it was in to schedule a time for installation. The part (motor) arrived quickly, and the installation date set. A few days before installation was scheduled One Hour called and said they had a conflict, "Would it be okay to move the appointment out" (from Friday to Monday). That was not a problem so it was set for Monday between 1:00 and 3:00. At 1:10 the serviceman arrived and installed the new motor. He was quick, neat, and efficient. I think he was in and out in just over an hour. The furnace noise is gone and all is working well. The only non-perfect mark I gave them was regarding price. It's not that I object to $79.00 for a service call, but that I expected that it might be cancelled since the service call led to the installation job. My experience (based on auto repair) is that that is usually the case. Perhaps not when in involves a house call. I do thank you One Hour for an efficient well done job.

They were very professional. Explained everything in good detail because I requested them to. He had to pull the blower out which was not part of the inspection because he couldn't get to the capacitor. While it was out he blew it off and let me use my air compressor to blow it out. They usually charge extra for that but since he had to pull it, he didn't charge me. He cleaned everything out, tested everything and now we don't have any problems with the heating unit kicking off. We are going to have them come out in the spring for the air conditioner cleaning!

When I contacted the company they advised me that the service call alone would be $99 and they could apply the $39 I paid to the service call fee.

The scheduler was professional and was able to accommodate my schedule requirements. The Technician was great. He provided a thorough inspection, cleaning, and adjustment and gave me a written report of the work that was done. No surprises. I would use this company again.

Phil was our technician and he was terrific! He was here within the timeframe we were told. He was very nice, professional and a clean, tidy appearance. He talked with us about our furnace, asked if we had questions, then he performed his work. He wore protective shoe coverings the couple of times he had to enter the house and was very considerate. I did have a question that he answered completely and even gave me businesses to contact for gas fireplace maintenance. We were very happy with Phil and his work. My only disappointment was in scheduling the service. I emailed from Angieslist as directed, got a response the same day but when trying to pinpoint the exact date of service, I eventually had to call One Hour to get that done. My second email was not answered even though I was asked if a different week for service would work for me. Otherwise, totally satisfied.

Super nice guy. He explained things I needed to know, simply but thoroughly. He wore house booties before entering... always a good sign!

Took Shawn extra time to service both. Just moved into home this year and prior owner's did not know what the meaning of preventative maintenance is. He had to do some major cleaning. He was great explaining any issues and very professional.

Provider was professional & polite. Checked the air conditioner to see if it was working well. He spent about 30 minutes at my home. Washed my air conditioner with my garden hose. He said: - all was working well -suggested the I clear weeds near the air conditioner.

Great. The dispatcher and tech responded quickly. Once on site Sean (Shawn?) was fast and professional...and had my system up and running in 10 minutes.

Went very well, checked the AC system, made a small repair to the door that provides access to air filter, most techs would have not done that. Explained what services they provided, and used booties when in the house.

The service person was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Our AC works better now and we were impressed enough that we're going to switch to this company for our servicing of both our AC and furnace.

We replaced the A/C unit to a high efficiency unit with a great financing program from OneHour, but the best part was they improved the duct work so the unit could do what it was meant to.

only complaint was that we made the appointment for a specific date 3 weeks in advance. The day before the appointment, their office called to say the technician could not come out on the scheduled day, so I had to rearrange MY schedule to accommodate their schedule. Other than that, they were great.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Daniel was very professional. He arrived when he was scheduled to. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He exceeded my expectations by giving me additional advice on keeping my cooling costs down and how to evenly distribute the cool air throughout my two story house. I was having an issue keeping the air conditioner running for more than a few minutes at a time. He figured out that it was due to the wiring and did some re-wiring in the thermostat for no extra charge. I will be calling them back for all of my heating and air conditioning needs in the future!

They did a good job. They were very professional, very courteous, and they were respectful. I would definitely recommend them. The service was free, because the government put it for us. My father-in-law does the same work, and so I knew what they were doing. They were quick, and very professional.
