Description of Work: Tuned an cleaned AC and furnace. It was a chore and they were so kind to combine the service call. It was the "worst he has ever seen". Jut had move into this house an it didn't appear to be cleaned prior. Awesome customer service

Description of Work: Regular spring tune-up of HVAC system to prepare for summer season cooling. Complete, very complete, check up of main furnace unit, motors for blowers, A/C unit check of pressures and function. I was very impressed with the technician, Phillip Klapper. He knew this brand well having had a lot of experience with it. | |What I really appreciated was no 'funny business' as my prior long-term service pulled on me last year -- that was infuriating ! But that is another story -- it was just great not to be treated that way again. One Hour Heating & A/C and their technician was honest, efficient, and thorough. | |I was offered their Comfort Club for future services and I will be signing up for that service.

Description of Work: Joined their Silver Club for $180/yr. Includes 2 visits, 1 to tune up Furnace in fall 2010, and 1 to tune up the A/C system in spring 2011, as well as priority for emergency calls. Also included a free A/C tune up immediately (July 2010) with a 20 point system check and cleaning of the condenser coils. The technician, David, was clearly knowledgable (after a career in the Coast Guard servicing HVAC and engines), and more than happy to have me shadow him and ask questions.
