Description of Work: I needed my system turned on. My original guy was not returning my calls, so I searched here and called Tom. He replied back quickly, but being the busy time of the year could not get to me right away. While waiting, I finnaly heard from my other guy (had some health issues) and made an appointment with him. Even though I did not use Tom's services, I would not hesitate to call him again.

Description of Work: We were unable to turn our sprinkler system on last spring. None of the contractors we contacted would look at our system but based on our description of the problem felt the entire sprinkler system needed to be upgraded and gave us quotes ranging from $800 to $1,000. We found Tom's Sprinklers through Angie's List. He came right out, fixed the problem in @15 minutes and charged us $50. WOW! We'll never go to anyone else for our sprinkler problems!

Description of Work: Contacted service provider in November for late season sprinkler blowout. Service provider contacted me the same night. Scheduled next-day service and quoted me a reasonable service cost. I ended up cancelling because my wife had already scheduled and completed service call. Friendly and great customer service.

Description of Work: Replaced a sprinkler that had been damaged by large tree roots. Took quite a long time as cutting with a sawzall was required. Tom, as usual, just kept going until the job was done. Excellent craftsman.
