Great, he found that a neighbors tree roots had broken one sprinkler head and replaced, and made sure everything was in tip top shape

We were new to Boise and sprinklers when we moved into our 1992 house. Tom took good care of us - he upgraded all our sprinkler heads to a much bettter coverage unit as our old ones were not doing the job and lawn was browning, repaired a broken underground line after I stepped on the head too hard, and fixed a busted valve in our underground water line box out back. He did a great job for us, our lawn looks much better now and the grass is actually getting watered. He also fixed all our broken drip lines. I'm glad to know him.

Awesome! Tom is professional, courteous, fast and friendly. He knows what he's doing and he goes beyond to ensure that the sprinklers work well. I rated low for punctuality as he is in high demand so he doesn't make it at the agreed time. But he is well worth the wait!

Tom was great. He worked me into his schedule by the next day. He quickly assessed the problem and got me back up and running. I would call him again and have already recommended him to neighbors.

I called Tom, and he happened to be fairly close by. He asked me to text him a picture of the valves, and he confirmed he had the parts already with him, so he proposed to drop by within the hour. He actually made it within 30 minutes. He checked out a couple of things with the sprinkler controller just to make sure I was telling him the whole story. Then, he looked in the valve box and rummaged around a bit, and then said, "Well, there's your problem -- the wires have come loose." I was a bit embarrassed, but those wires have been undisturbed for years, and I didn't even think to look for that (in any case, I'm blaming it on a plot by the spiders). He reattached the wires and all was well! Now if Tom were dishonest, he could have certainly "replaced" a valve and I'd have been none the wiser. But he is honest, and I probably could have gotten by without paying a dime, but he did take time to come by and help me out, so he agreed to take $25 which was well worth my time. I'd highly recommend him!

Tom was honest in scheduling the tune up. He explained he would text me a day before coming out as he tries to bunch up work in certain areas. Tom showed up on time as promised and completed the work without a hitch. He explained everything he was doing so I could turn system on my self if needed. He spent a lot of time making sure all was good. Tom even capped a line off for me and moved a sprinkler head. He made sure I was completely satisfied. Excellent worker and would highly recommend.

Communication only through e-mail, which didn't bother me. Received a bill in my door, which I sent via check/snail-mail. Overall, really easy transaction for me, and I didn't have to be there. They just came by while I was at work and took care of it. Would use again. Was too busy in the fall to fix a sprinkler head I know was broken, but he was honest and up front in telling me he didn't have the capacity to fit a repair into his busy schedule of winterizing.

Tom was great! There were a few days prior to the appointment and checked in to see if he could drop by early. That never happened but he communicated well to keep us aprised. The day of the appointment he was running a little late but again, great communication. Also, I didn't have to be at home to meet him there since everything was accessible outside. He sent me a text to inform me that the repairs were made, which I was surprised he didn't run that by me first but they were very well priced. I hope that if more work was to be done, he would inform the client first to get their approval. Other than that, the fix was impeccable! Will definitely call him again for any sprinkler needs!

Fantastic. My sprinklers are working, those that are not needed are capped. Tom and his son fixed my nightmare. I recently bought a home, and could not have the sprinklers inspected/tested because of the irrigation water was not turned on yet. Once I had water and turned the system on, I found that the curb appeal bit me in the behind. All of the sprinkler heads were buried under at least 4 inches of decorative rock and new sod. The cement curbing was poured over the sprinkler heads. The valve box was 6 ins under fill dirt with 4 ins rock over it. After weeks of "discovery" my hands hurt, I called Tom for help. Tom came and looked, immediately new the easiest way to repair and make right. He came out put to rest my nightmare in one day. Thank you Tom. I appreciate your expertise! Linda

Tom is awesome! He quickly and efficiently identified and resolved all of our sprinkler issues. He did a good job of explaining the issues and the resolutions. His prices are quite fair for the work he did. All of that...and he's a nice person to boot! Thanks Tom!!

We called late Friday afternoon. He told us if we had not heard from him by Sunday to call him. We did and he was here in 30 minutes time on a Sunday afternoon!!! Was very efficient and in a very short time had the system working. He replaced a couple sprinkler heads and after just about an hour--everything was done and working. We were extremely pleased with his work and his price was very!!! reasonable. We would highly recommend him to any one and will definitely call him again when we need help with our sprinklers. Very personable and pleasant to work with.

Bought my home over a year ago and the yard has never been "right". Tom came out and walked through the yard with me showing me what could be done to get better coverage. He had all necessary parts to make his suggested changes. Upon completion walked back through with me to make sure I was happy with his work. He reset my timer to optimize watering. If I could give him higher than an "A", I would. Absolutely fantastic to work with - wouldn't have anyone else work on my yard!

Tom did an outstanding job giving my sprinkler system a tune up. He fixed a valve that was leaking, replaced about 6 sprinkler heads, and adjusted the system as required. He is an excellent person to work with and I would recommend his service to anyone.

My wife and I moved into our house this past January, so we didn't know until the spring that we had sprinkler system issues. The valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. So, we found Tom on Angie's List as he came highly recommended. He arrived at our house, assessed what needed to be done and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. Tom is prompt and courteous and professional. His son did a great job of digging out the hole to access the valves and took extra care not to hit any of the gas or power lines (the Dig Line guy had mis-marked the gas line by one foot, oops). The work was completed quickly and Tom went the extra mile to help us out by re-building the back flow valve, saving us hundreds of dollars. We have since used him two more time for sprinkler adjustment and sprinkler line repair. We highly recommend Tom's Sprinklers!
