SE Boise Tree & Shrub

Description of Work: I spoke with SE Boise Tree and Shrub about removing a large pine tree that I described to him. He indicated that was something he did. He came over in a timely manner and left a note that it was a job that was too large for him. I appreciated his punctuality in checking it out but neither he nor the information Angie's List provided helped me find the right person for the job.

Description of Work: Removed a tree. Pruned other trees. Dug tree roots from pathway.

Description of Work: Did not use service. However they were very responsive on the phone. I have little doubt about the quality of there work and will call in the future.

Description of Work: I had some trees in my back yard that were looking sickly and I found South East Boise Tree on Angie's List. Bob Parziale is very much in demand and it took a few days before he could come out. He did a detailed inspection of the yard and made specific recommendations for what needed to be done. Because he is so busy, it took a few weeks before he could get to me to actually do the work. It was worth the wait because he did an excellent job. He was very good about going over the job with me when it was done to make sure I was satisfied and he gave me a lot of good advice on how to keep my trees healthy. I give him my highest recommendation.

Description of Work: My experience with this company was exceptional. There is nothing I would have wanted to happen differently. I will use them in the future without question and would recommend them to anyone. The owner himself did all of the work for me and did more than required.

Description of Work: Bob estimated my job a few days earlier. He called me the day before he came to do the work and arrived on time. He was very courteous and even dug out a root which was not in his estimate. The pruning was done to my satisfaction and the tree he removed was accomplished spectacularly! I definately will use Bob again.

Description of Work: Bob came out and gave us a thorough walk through with a reasonable estimate. We had probably over 14 large trees renovated/pruned and 2 trees removed (this included the stump removal also!). Bob and his helper made a special effort and came out to our place on a Saturday simply so we wouldn't have to take a vacation day off the be home or have to board our dogs in a kennel for the day if we didn't use a vacation day. Took about 6 hours to do the work and his final total was $25 less than the original estimate. Hauled off all the debris and air blew off our patio for free. Excellent service, professional work, pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend and plan to use for all our tree service in the future.
