They were very professional and did a great job. They ordered a line check to determine where all of the power, gas, water lines were to make sure they didn't do any damage. The work was done well, and the price was very fair, I'm sure I got a great deal. In fact, I called them because I thought they did a great job and gave me a great deal the first time. I offered to pay a bit more and was graciously turned down. They are top of my list for arbor services. Thanks Bob!

I simply wouldn't have anyone else. Bob Parziale has been taking care of my lovely yards since I moved to Eagle from the northend. As long as he is willing to drive to me, he will be the ONLY person I would have and trust implicitly to take care of my outside so that I can continue to love my location here. Bob is a true arborist. He is not only artistic and extremely careful with my beautiful Amur Maples, he knows very well what he is doing. He actually cares. That is so important for me. He is more than fair with his charges, and he's great company. I would be very unhappy to lose him and begin a new search to replace him. They simply don't come any better than Bob.

We got a bid from another company that we thought was high so we contacted Bob at SE Boise Tree Service. His bid was less than the other company's, he showed up exactly on time and he did a great job. He knew exactly how much to take off of each tree and where to remove it so the trees looked good and wouldn't be damaged from the pruning. He's also a really nice guy. We'll never have anyone else work on our trees as long as he's in business.

He did a great job, was on time, price was fair, and he clean up the yard before leaving.

Bob and his assistant arrived on time. We went over what I wanted done, he listened carefully and made some good suggestions. He got to work and finished up quickly, but everything was done exactly to my specifications. I have use Bob half a dozen times in the past and will continue to do so. He is prompt, reliable and honest. What more could you ask for?

It took a couple of weeks to get it scheduled and because he wanted to do it on a day when he didn't want to be up in the air trimming trees, we got a call the night before letting us know he would be there the next day. The work that was done was beautiful though. I would hire him again.

He is always prompt and his price can't be beat. He also gave me a great recommendation for some other landscape help I needed. I won't use anyone else and refer my friends and family to him.

Took awhile for them to set date to start but once started did excellent job. Very fair prices - only charge for hours worked.

Bob is very professional. From the first phone contact to the completion of the job he kept his promises. He arrived when he said he would and did the job very quickly. The trees in our yard had been woefully neglected prior to our recent purchase of the property. Except for the two trees that died last winter, every other tree needed substantial pruning that included raising lower branches, getting branches off the roof and removing unnecessary branches. We also topped a tree and had it shortened several feet to accommodate the view. We are totally impressed with the quality of Bob's work. He was very receptive to discussing the project with us prior to initiation, and discussed issues with us that arose during the course of the project. Bob's ability to sculpt trees and make them proportionate is amazing - he really is an artist. Our yard was totally clean at the end of the job. We will definitely have Bob back periodically to keep our trees in good shape. We can't recommend him highly enough.

After it was complete, Bob explained what he had done and answered any questions that I had regarding my trees. They cleaned up the work site completely and left one extremely satisfied customer. Absolutely excellent service and professionalism. Bob & his assistant Eric arrived right on time, worked very hard for 4 hours and did more than asked. Bob had to climb our fence to get access to our neighbors house to pick up limbs. He helped them move patio furniture and cleaned up their yard afterwards. They did a perfect clean up on our yard - very meticulous and excellent work. Bob is a very professional Arborist and knows what he's doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or hire him again.

Bob and his assistant Eric removed an Acer Maple tree that was about 20 feet tall. Together they cut the tree down, removed all cuttings, then ground out the stump and removed all large roots that they could find so that I could have the yard in that area landscaped. After the work was done, Bob and Eric cleaned up the area completely and made sure that everything was neat and tidy to my satisfaction. The work they did was excellent and Bob and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. I would use Bob's service again in the future should the need arise and I would happily recommend him.

He is consistently pleasant, loves his work, kind and caring and a joy to know. He never leaves anything for us to clean up ourselves. I'm almost afraid to say how good he is because he may get so busy we won't be able to book time with him but he truly earns and deserves the kudos. He lives and works with integrity and he's the real thing.

I scheduled the service for a parent and wanted to stay current with appointment timing, estimate and the work. Bob was incredibly professional and responsive staying in contact, explaining the work he would do and how best to approach it since I wouldn't be present during the appointment. Not only was his work top-notch, his sensitivity to my mothers needs and keeping me informed was impressive. I would absolutely utilize his services again.

Bob and partner did an outstanding job. He did exactly as I asked, and didn't mind my input. He wanted the job done to my satisfaction. He climbed and trimmed for three hours, then did a great job of clean-up. I would highly recommend him, and I anticipate having him return in the future.

Called on 10/10/2014 requesting an estimate. He called back late Firday evening, stating that he would call me on 10/132014 letting me know if he was available for an estimate. He called at 4:30pm on 10/13/2014 stating that he would be at my house in 10 minutes to complete an estimate. I have a 9 year old dog who barks at strangers. She barked at him as he went into "her" backyard. He told me that he would not do any work unless she was put up. As I was putting her up and giving her a treat, he called her agressive and said she came after him. She did not - she was going into the house with her treat. At this point, I cut the estimate off. I have over 25 years working with rescue dogs and would never put anyone in danger with my dogs. He said he didn't know me or my dog. I do not question his ability as a tree trimmer but then again, who knows, I don't know him. I asked him to leave, which he did.

SO impressed with this company and absolutely no doubt that I will use them again and will highly recommend them to anyone. I called them to get an estimate to remove 3 trees. Bob did talk me out of removing one of the trees and I'm glad that he did. Not only did it save me money, but it also saved some valuable shade. They said that they would be here by 8:30 and they were right on time. I was really surprised as to how clean they left my yard. It was as though no one was there. I've used several other services over the years and would absolutely, without a doubt, use this company again.

Very professional and easy to work with. Wouldn't have known the tree and shrub were there to begin with if I hadn't seen them myself. Called the next day to make me aware of 2 small dings in our lawn made during the course of the job that I hadn't even known were there. Great job, recommend to anyone.
