Overall the work and results went well.

He showed up on time to give me an estimate. He performed the work as agreed to and the clean up was flawless. He also came in $60.00 dollars less than his already reasonable estimate. He has my business from now on!

Bob Parziale promptly responded to a request for a bid. After acquiring a total of 3 bids, I awarded the contract to Bob - he was 50% less in cost than his competitors. Bob and his helper Eric O'Neal started the work as scheduled on 11/15/2011 - they worked very diligently and carefully for about 7 hours - they even did much needed additional cleanup outside of the statement of work without being asked. They finished the work ahead of schedule and under the quoted price. The trees and shrubs look great - I'm sure they'll be much healthier also. They thoroughly cleaned up and damaged no property. Bob and Eric were very courteous, knowledgable and professional - I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. Keith DeMeyer 11/16/2011

They came out to inspect the tree, asked for specific details of what I wanted done. They gave their opinion on what should be done which was very helpful. I was not in a hurry, so they fit it into their schedule. He called back asking if the job was to my satisfaction. Came in under estimate. Great service.

Like I said I called Bod yesterday and he returned my call this morning. Bob and his helper Eric came out and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable along with setting another guy up to do the stump grinding part of the job keeping me from having to figure out that part. It took them about an hour to cut the tree down along with removing it off site and cleaning up the mess. He also removed the concrete tree ring sections to get them out of the way for the grinder guy and raked up the bark that was around the tree and spread it out in one of our other flower beds. I did not ask him to do any of that. We are so happy to have this tree gone and simply amazed at how fast it all came together. Many thanks to a great company called Southeast Boise Tree and Shrub.

I liked everything. Everything seemed nice but I was busy and did not stay out with them, and therefore I could not clarify what I wanted done. I’m not happy with the result because it’s not enough. I’m not happy but it’s not their fault since I was not there. I explained to them what I wanted done and I wanted to be able to see the sign. When I came out to see it, too much of the tree had been trimmed but I was not there to tell them. They were nice and they came out to give me an estimate. They said that since I wanted just little bit done, they would take care of it for me for $65 rather than give me an estimate and then come back later in competition with the others. That’s the reason I went with them and not with the others. I was busy doing other things and so I could not come out. The tree was starting to get done when they said that they wanted some strips so that they could mow the lawn because it was overhanging the lawn. So I came back three hours later and saw that too much of the tree was gone but they did what I had asked them to do. I can’t blame them because I needed to be there and see what was going on. So they did a little bit more than what I wanted. Otherwise everything was fine. They cleaned up after themselves. They did everything what you would expect them to do. I thought their price was quite reasonable. Their quality of work was fine. They are arborists and so they should know how much of the tree should be trimmed. I didn’t communicate properly with them and they trimmed too much of it. I got them through calling some other different people. I will next time get an estimate first and then decide if I’m going to use them or not. I will probably use their services again in the future.

Bob returned my husband's call for an estimate immediately; stopped by and gave an estimate much less than friends had told us they had paid. Bob took the tree down the day he said he would, cleaned up beautifully and would not accept payment until both my husband and I saw the finished results. Very professional, very nice, and did a terrific job. Would definitely recommend him.

Bob was wonderful, he was on time, he and his helper worked at a very fast pace. The finished product exceeded expectations and the best part is that the final bill was less than the bid. We hired him again for a smaller job and were equally satisfied. He identified a fungus in a decorative tree and treated it quickly. He has a wonderful artistic eye for where to trim shrubs and trees.

Bob came promptly to see the work I needed done in the yard. He was very good at getting back to me with the estimate. The work was scheduled and the job was done exactly as promised. My trees look wonderful. I will be calling Bob again when I need tree pruning or yard clean up.

We have had Bob come in and trim our trees more than once. He is always professional, fair in his price and will even charge less if the work takes less time than he estimated. One of the best experiences with a small business in Boise that we have ever had. Totally recommend him!

He was very professional and he came under the price that he estimated because it took less time than he thought it would. He cleaned up really well and left the yard better than he found it. I am very happy with what he did and I would use him again.

Had a large limb break off our tree during the wind storm this week. Bob came out the next day and removed the tree the following day. The tree was removed because the limb that broke off was the second on the same side leaving all the limbs on the house side of the tree.

Very well from my perspective. Bob left the grounds in better shapre than he found them.

I contacted Bob through Angie's List and he emailed me the next day to set up an appointment to make an estimate on our project. We had met with another company a few days before but wanted a second opinion. His ideas about our project were insightful and his price was very very reasonable. We set up a time for him to come do the first part of the job, which was a rainy-day kind of task - pulling out a large diseased shrub from our front yard. Bob scheduled the work for the very next day and arrived right on schedule. He finished his work early and came to tell me the job would be less $ than we had discussed, and suggested adding a bit of cedar bark to the area, which I gladly accepted. In short, the work was cone one time, on budget, and I got more than I had expected! The remaining part of the job was scheduled for about a week later, and again Bob showed up on time and did his job very thoroughly and very much to our liking. We are as pleased with his work as we could possibly be, and I recommend him highly.

bob was professional and courteous. he knew what he was doing and has a great knowledge of trees and proper care for them. he was timely and made calls afterwards to make sure i was satisfied with the work.

Bob schedueled a day for the work to start and was there exactly on time and got to it. He is a very hard worker and does expert pruning. Some rainy weather slowed the work because Bob doesn't climb in the rain and I don't blame him. All in all, I'd guess Bob spent 3 or 4 days total at the job. Cleanup was great. Our trees and shrubs look wonderful. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. I'll call Bob next time I need tree or shrub work done. Highly recommend.

Bob was very responsive beginning from the initial call through project completion. He took the time to fully understand what I wanted and gave excellent advice on how to achieve my goals. He treated my large yard as it was his own. He gave an estimate prior to starting the project and came in exactly on his estimate despite doing additional work that was initially not discussed.
