SE Boise Tree & Shrub

We obtained several bids for this job. This gentleman was the lowest bidder on this job by a substantial amount. We weren't expecting much, but he did an OUTSTANDING job. He was professional, efficient and friendly. Everything looks terrific! We would hire him again in an instant. Everything was cleaned up afterward so that you wouldn't know he'd even been there. Our yard looks great. Thank you SO MUCH.

Very professional and an excellent job. You would not even know the shrubs had been there! I called Bob the day before for an estimate. He said he would be in the area the following day and would stop. He showed up promptly and gave me the estimate and said he could do the work immediately. The price was extremely reasonable so he removed the bushes and did an excellent job of clean up! He even treated the stumps to help get rid of them completely. I highly recommend Bob for an excellent job and a very reasonable price!

Bob came on time as scheduled. He was always kind and professional in our communication. The job I needed done was a project too big for his available equipment. He went above and beyond by assisting with a small project as a courtesy - without charging me a thing, which was very generous of him.

We had two very large Junipers on our property. One on the corner of our garage, and the other on the back corner of our house. They had grown to the point to where they were literally growing into the side of the house, over and around our gutters, roof, etc...Not to mention they had become an eyesore. The three much smaller Spruce trees had also grown to the point to where they were no longer attractive to the landscape. The previous owner had planted all these trees too close to the house, and one of them too close to our air conditioning unit. I contacted SE Boise Tree & Shrub, based on the unanimously positive reviews I read on Angie's List. Boy am I glad I did!!! Can't say enough positive things about the owner, Bob Parziale and his assistant! They were polite, professional, and since Bob is a certified Arborist, he really knows his stuff when it comes to trees, shrubs, etc...They showed up right on time, the morning of the project. It took them approx. 4.5 hrs. to remove all five trees, make two trips to the recycling facility, and clean up yard. Bob is extremely conscientious and doesn't use a woodchipper to dispose of limbs. He doesn't want to disturb surrounding neighbors with the noise. When he came out for the estimate, he noticed a problem with our Sweetgum Tree that I would have never known about. He pointed out what's called "Girdling roots" around the base of the tree. He said if not removed, they would slowly kill the tree & put tree at greater risk of blowing over in a wind storm! He also provided suggestions for what to plant in areas where trees were removed. The light trimming of the Crabapple tree was something he did at the last minute for me, and didn't' charge a thing to do it!! I can't say enough great things about Bob and SE Tree & Shrub. I will be using his company for any and all tree trimming services in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Bob is very professional, reliable and did excellent work! Could not be more pleased with his work , he transformed my yard. Price was very reasonable. His work exceeded my expectations. Plus he followed up, called me after job completed and received a very nice follow up card. He is truly unique among his peers and would highly recommend him!

Bob from the initial walk through to the removal of our trees and shrubs was very professional and easy to work with! He was very open and upfront on how much it would cost and stayed within his budget. Bob and Eric took great care in cleaning up and making it look like they were never there. The great thing was he had excellent communication throughout the whole process. He even took the time to follow up the following day to make sure everything was done satisfactory! I would recommend working with Bob to have your trees and shrubs removed! I plan on having Bon come back to prune our remaining tree's!

I called Bob about 5 days prior to see when he could do the job. He said he was busy but would call me the following week. He called me the next Monday and said he had an opening on Tuesday afternoon and quoted me a price. He showed up on time and did the work very quickly and cleaned up all of the tree limbs he removed. The result was great! Bob is definitely my go to guy for trees!

lWe couldn't ask for better or more professional service, kept in touch, on time, did what he said he'd do. It was the first time I had something pruned and didn't cry when I saw it finished. Everything is just how we hoped it would look, if not better. He knew exactly where we wanted to hold back to maintain privacy and how to bring out the best in the tree. He's an artist.

He showed up when he said he would. He described the work that needed to be done and did it quickly and efficiently. He provided very detailed advice on nutrients for the maple tree which was in bad shape last year but is doing better this year because of work he did on it last year. Bob is very dwedicated to his job and takes the time to explain what he is doing and to answer questions. If you live in the treasure valley area of Idaho and you need tree work, he is the guy.

As a woman, I often feel patronized by workmen. But, my experience with Bob was a delight. He listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly as promised (actually, even more than promised). He did not overstate what he can do, was prompt with the estimate and stayed in touch re: scheduling the job. Knowledgeable, professional, great job, perfect clean-up, and a great price - I highly recommend this company!

Bob was very professional. The trees he pruned look great and he removed all of the branches he cut down. The sick tree he advised me on made it through the summer, I will have to see how it does this season.

We initially called in the late fall for an estimate, but the ground was already frozen so we had to wait until spring to actually have the work done. When we called in the spring they honored the estimate from the fall and had the stump out and the yard cleaned up in 2-3 hours. We were very pleased with their work and would hire the company again.

Bob was wonderful. He is very communicative and conscientious. He gave me a great bid and came in a little under. He is prompt and neat and he cleaned up after his work. I'll definitely use him again and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs that type of service.

Great repore and I felt he really likes what he does.

A wind storm broke a branch in one of our trees which was not easily accessible or safe to remove without the proper equipment. We were closing on the home the following week and needed to have the job done quickly. Although the gentleman from SE Boise Tree and Shrub was busy, he agreed to take a look to see if he could get the job done in time. He removed the branch, hauled it away and cleaned up the yard in time for a home to close. He did a great job.

Bob came on the appointed day, worked very hard - even though it rained, didn't get finished and came back and finished two days later. He charged us $125 LESS than his original bid. We are very happy with all his work! We think he is a perfectionist, and I would recommend him to anyone. We will have him come back as needed.

Arrived promptly on day promised. Did a fantastic job of tree pruning. Front yard looks wonderful after trimming back all the overgrowth. Knows exactly what needs to be done. Initially wanted just two trees trimmed, but was so impressed, I kept "adding on". Final cost was much less than I expected. Would strongly recommend this tree service.

He accomplished more work, more quickly than we expected. He is very thorough and has a full array of equipment appropriate to a one-man operation. Bob is knowledgable and very pleasant to have around. .
