Words cannot express how happy we are with our new shower. The pricing, product quality, and customer service/follow up that Jacuzzi Bath Remodel provided was outstanding!!! Zyler and Ty were a pleasure to work with, explained each stage of the installation, and answered any questions in a kind and friendly manner. They felt like Family by the time they left and the job was finished in a day.

I want to thank Steven and Mike on their professional work, both of them were very knowable and great to work with, they both took pride on the work that was preformed were able to answer all my questions. It has been great to work with all the Jacuzzi Family for the start to the finish they all take pride in their work.

Zyler and Ty installed my shower in one day and did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and paid attention to detail. When I had questions, they answered them and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. They cleaned up and left my bathroom in great condition. I LOVE my new shower. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

The workers were very personal, and explained all of the work that they were going to do. They cleaned up behind themselves, and made sure that everything they did was explained and told us how everything worked. I definitely would use them again if needed.

Initial phone call was great, our appointment was scheduled and the representative was right on time. We met with David Finnestad, and he walked us through the products, video presentation, and answered all our questions. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our selections. Very personable, and we felt like we had someone that truly cared about our project. We had many calls over the next weeks, with persons from Jacuzzi following up and making sure if we had any questions Jacuzzi was a phone call away. Our project day, Steve & Mike showed up spot on time... prepared and ready to complete our shower in one day. They spoke with my husband through out the day, and I met with them on my lunch hour.... they asked me to come and check out the progress and wanted me to show them where I wanted the shower bar placed. I was impressed that something so small was important to them that it would be place exactly where I wanted it. At the end of the day, I was home at 5pm and Steve and Mike were finishing up. OH, tarps were laid down over the traffic area's and they vacuumed up all dust and left the bathroom very clean. They then proceeded to show the settings of the shower head's and if we were happy with the overall look of the shower. I absolutely loved it! It was beautiful, and it was very difficult to wait 24 hours to take my first shower.... but I did. Anyways... today I got a wonderful visit from David and he wanted to be sure we were happy. I invited David in to see the shower and that meant a lot to me.... David and his team Steve and Mike are amazing, I will definitely recommend Jacuzzi to my family & friends.
