Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Boise

I have been calling This company since last Aug about 3 issues. This company will not return phone calls. I would suggest that the Consumer find a different company if you want a remodel done.

Mike, Kendra and Steven did a great job on my new bath tub. Dan the plumber gave me a heads up on some unrelated issues he spotted under the house. They are all greatly appreciated.

Zyler and Chance were great. They showed up right on time and kept me informed about what they were doing and how it was going. Friendly and professional. Did a beautiful job.

We were so impressed by our installers, Steven and Kindra. They performed above and beyond our expectations. They were conscientious, considerate, and professional, and personable. Our new shower looks amazing...looking forward to the maiden voyage after the recommended 24hr wait. Thank you, Steven & Kindra for leaving our house in better shape than when you first arrived!!

We had two bathrooms remodeled. The team for the first was Steven, Kindra and one other gentleman. the master bath was to upgrade the Shower. The second team was Steven, Kindra, and Ty for the main bath and Jacuzzi tub with . shower. All the workers were very polite, professional, and respectful of our home. We are very happy with the projects.

I am very pleased with the Job Ty, Jakob and Zyler did installing my new shower. The shower was installed in one day as promised. All old materials were hauled away and the bathroom was cleaned up. I am also very impressed with the quality of the shower and faucet. Definitely 5 star service and equipment. Thank you David Sasso.

I got lucky getting Zyler, Chance and Jakob as my installers. They were prompt, courteous, professional and dog friendly! They completed the project ahead of schedule and when I came in to inspect the work it looked amazing. If you have a bathroom remodel these three are the best! Jakob, Zyler and Ty were hard working and very polite and friendly. It was a long day but they were on top of it and determined to finish. They did a beautiful job installing our new shower. We were glad to finally have this project done. It will be so much safer and enjoyable. Thank you Jacuzzi!

The crew arrived at the time promised. Ty and Kindra introduced themselves, outlined what they were going to do and went over the guidelines of the project. They were very conscientious about protecting the floors and covered them. Shortly after they began the removal of the existing tub Leon Panos, the plumber, arrived. Throughout the day other workmen and managers from Jacuzzi arrived to assist and see that things were going well. The people that were at my house and worked on my shower installation were; Tyrell, Kindra, Jakob, Jose, Zyler, and Ryan. Also Leon, the plumber. I was very pleased with the entire crew and their dedication to the work at hand, everyone pitched in and worked until the job was done. Well done everyone my shower looks great and we appreciate each of you and your willingness to answer everyone of our questions and concerns.

We engaged Jacuzzi Bath Remodel thru Costco and set up an appointment for an in-home consultation. The salesman was very professional and courteous and guided us through the design process and material selection. Also very patient! My wife does not make decisions quickly. Once we selected the style and gave the go ahead, the day came for installation. The crew showed up at the exact time, early morning (still dark), introduced themselves, explained the installation process, verified the material ordered, and began work. Stephen, Derek, TY, and Kendra were efficient in their individual tasks. The job took about 7 hours. We really appreciated that the water was back on after about 2 hours. The install really went very smoothly. Thanks again to Stephen, Derek, Ty, and Kendra.
