Description of Work: I contacted Hyde Park Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor. When I called, they answered and very quickly set up an appointment at a convenient time the next day. When they (a 2-person team) arrived, they were friendly and took care to cover their shoes with booties to keep my floor clean. I showed them the work and they went out to prepare an estimate. Their projected charges seemed very high to me and I decided not to proceed with the work. They kindly offered to come back later if I changed my mind, and I appreciated their professionalism. I had no doubt they would get the job done, but just didn't want to pay the rates they offered. I later found someone who did the work for substantially less.

Description of Work: Excellent work. He was punctual, provided a clear estimate using high-quality parts, then fixed the leaky outside spigot. The new spigot works perfectly. THEN, when we asked for an estimate for an indoor faucet, he went ahead and fixed it for a great price that same day. I highly recommend Hyde Park Plumbing.

+ 0 moreHe was friendly, kind and professional throughout both processes. He explained what would happen prior to both installations and provided options regarding prices and materials. He wore slippers to avoid tracking dirt into the house from outside, and cleaned up well after the installations so that I wasn't left with any mess. He provided high quality work and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any plumbing work they might need done.
Description of Work: Jeff installed a hot water dispenser/ water filter and also installed a new toilet.
