They arrived 2 hours after time stated, had us just leave A/C off to de-ice unit instead of doing it ourselves (the day was over 100 degrees and I have a small child in the house). Came back put freon type stuff into the unit. Unit re-seized/froze up. We called for them to come back out...They never returned calls about a new unit, or estimates, even tho we called 2 or 3 times looking for the info we'd asked for. After a 2 days of being ignored during the hottest weeks of the summer we called another company who took care of us right away....to this day we haven't heard back from Drake Mechanical.

All work done in a timely and professional manner.

It was a pretty big job and took about 3-4 hours to complete. He did a perfect job cleaning up after the service. Scheduling was great, they were able to get me an appointment very quickly. Overall, they did a great job!

They are very good and very responsible and work with me as a retired senior citizen. They even let me make monthly payments.

I called and made an appointment to have a dishwasher looked at that wasn't draining. I made the call in the morning and was told they would be over in the afternoon. At 6 o'clock I called to find out why they had not arrived and was told a plumber would be contacting me. When I was finally contacted by the plumber he told me the following morning would be the earliest he could make it. At this point I told him I would find somebody else.

Drake came out same day within hours of my call. Very friendly on telephone. Tech was over the top nice and called me when he was on his way so I didn't have to wait around at my house all day for them to show up. I thought it was going to be a bigger issue then what it was. I feel the tech, Dave was very honest and got me back up and going right away before the heat hit.

They went beyond good work especially with the dish washer install. The old dish washer had to be removed which was a real problem since it was an old portable that was modified to fit under the counter, sort of. Since the old one was installed (20 years ago), a new floor had been added to the kitchen so there was not longer anyway to get it out other than destroy the floor or cut the dish washer in two. Guess what?. they had to cut it in two pieces to get it out and didn't charge us for the extra time. Would certainly use this company again.

I had Drake install a complete heat pump system - including installing new ductwork in an existing home. The installers took their time and placed the sheetmetal exactly where I wanted. They cleaned up, kept us informed on progress and finished on time. The price was fair and follow-up was great. I ask lots of questions and the sales team supported me before and after the sale. The equipment works as advertised; recommended contractor.

Service was great. I noticed pump was not working in our septic system. I called them late in the day. They sent someone over and diagnosed the problem . They returned promptly at 8 am the next day replaced the part . Service was great

Had a new furnace installed at our rental. 3 years later when the tenant moved out, and we contacted the gas co. to turn the gas back on, they refused telling us it had been installed improperly - Drake had failed to install the required shut off valve off. Drake did come back and fix it. At another unit, we had signed up for their heating/AC service package - $260 a year. The first time they came to do the service, they charged me an extra $80, saying I had a special furnace filter and that was how much they cost. I cancelled the contract.
