Arrived on time and was quite expedient while not being abrupt. It's a sad day we don't learn something new and this was no exception.

I was very pleased with Brite Electric. The electrician showed up on time and was very helpful in determining that my problem was with the incoming power from Idaho Power and not with my electrical system. He was very reasonable with charging me. His cost was less than the service call. Very professional and helpful.

Brite Electric arrived on time, and did the work to our satisfaction. The price was reasonable and the work was professional.

December is a busy time for everybody. Even so, I called Brite Electric on a Friday and they worked me in within a few days. Andy fixed what was broken and helped me understand the quirks of a new (to us) home. He was with us for about an hour and a half. He was very pleasant, listened well, and as far as I can tell, he didn't waste a minute. His pricing was very reasonable; well worth it. Andy will be our electrician from now on. Note: The age of the house provided in this review is approximate as additions were built over the years.

Andy was always punctual and professional. The quality of his work was outstanding. We have several more lighting/electrical projects to do and we will definitely have him back out to do an estimate and finish the work.

He checked into why my hot tub wasn't getting electricity and found a reset switch that had tripped. He didn't try to sell me anything extra, even when I said that a previous electrician had tried to tell me the breaker needed to be replaced. He said it was far more likely the breaker was responding to a problem in the hot tub (since fixed) and that the breaker appeared to be fine. He also moved two bathroom lights that needed to be repositioned after I replaced the sinks. He did this quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. He warned me ahead of time that the movement might leave unpainted wall behind and reconfirmed with me that this would indeed be the case before he proceeded with the actual moves. Overall Andy was very professional, prompt, and efficient.

Andy was great. He showed up right on time, did the work in the time that he estimated, was very professional, and cleaned everything up afterwards.

Our dining room chandelier had been intermittently malfunctioning. The dimmer switch had worn out. Andy replaced the switch and remained long enough to ensure its proper functioning. He was prompt courteous and a pleasure to work with. I will use him again if the need should arise and I highly recommend him!

Andy with Brite Electric came over when he said he would, helped talk us through the project and wrote out a bid while he was here. We felt comfortable enough to accept it then and there, and schedule the job. He showed up on time, worked carefully and steadily, did a nice job and was easy to have around. When inevitable old-house issues or surprises arose, he found solutions.

Andy was prompt and replacing 5 detectors took less than an hour. He was considerate of bringing a wet ladder into the house and offered to clean up any mess he made.

Excellent work! Andy was punctual and professional. He was very thorough with his work, explaining exactly what needed to be done along the way. He is also a perfectionist, so he took his time in making sure that everything was done exactly to my specifications. That was refreshing since most companies do things quickly to get in and out as fast as they can. He spent two full days installing a ceiling fan, 8 new lights and a wall-mounted television. I would highly recommend him and will use him again for any future projects I might have.

I had an old ceiling fan and a very old and badly installed track light to replace. Andy called before he came (early!) and took care of this mess in about two hours. Beautifully, quickly and cleanly done. He's a gem!

Overall he was professional, fair, pleasant person to work with, knowledgeable and worked steady so as not to waste time nor money. Do not hesitate to contact him for your electrical needs. If he is busy, he is worth the wait.

He was very, very kind and very honest. That's the biggest thing I look for in a provider is honesty and not having to pay for services I don't need.

Installation of this outside, large lighting fixture at our front entry presented a substantial challenge. Andy tackled it with aplomb and expertise. The attachment point was 21' high, which required crawling into the attic to secure and wire it. Additionally, Andy had to completely rewire the fixture itself and secure alternate hardware. He also installed a timer for the new fixture, changed numerous light bulbs in our 21' ceiling recessed fixtures and installed a new controller for the heated floor in our master bath. All was done with good cheer. I had printed out the 10% discount from Brite Electric's listing on Angie's List but, given the challenges that we had tasked Andy to complete, didn't feel like giving it to him at the time of paying our bill or raising the subject. Without any prompting, Andy provided the discount anyway. Recommended!

Brite immediately was able to figure out what was going on and traced the problem back through the wiring to the source. The work was done well, with complete explanations of what was going on, why, and showed me the problem when the bad "electric thing" (I know nothing about electricity) was removed. He then went on to fix another small problem. In all, he did an excellent job at an extremely reasonable price. I would definitely call Brite again when I have an electrical problem.
