We did not know an electrician to call about installing new lighting in our kitchen. I got Brite Electric's name from Angie's list and checked them with the Better Business Bureau and the state electrical liscensing board. All reports were good, and we called Brite to come out and give us a bid. Andy was extremely personable and professional. He always came when he said he would. The one time he got held up on another job, he called and explained the situation and when he would be there (and he was). Everything he did turned out beautifully. He took the time to ask us questions to make sure he knew what we wanted; he explained what he was doing to us; and he was very proactive in his work (for example, he spotted a problem with the wiring in a ceiling fan we had put in a few years ago and he fixed it). He also stayed with his bid, which we appreciated. We would not hesitate to hire him again or to recomment him to others.

Andy was here twice, to give the estimate and then do the work, and he was prompt each time. He explained what was needed and was very polite and professional. He cleaned up nicely after the work was done and was generally pleasant to deal with. I have a great deal of confidence in the work he did and would call him first with any future electrical work. While this was a minor job, you want to know that any electrical work has been done right for your own safety. Great to find a reliable electrician after our previous bad experience with someone who would say he was coming back to fix a problem and never did.

Called Andy on Thursday and he was here in Nampa the following Monday at 9:00 a.m. sharp. He carefully looked over what needed done and got to work. It was not an easy job due to the difficulty of crawling through our tight attic space to run the wiring and fishing down the walls, but none of it stopped Andy from doing a super job of installing two new 20 amp circuits for my office! The total cost was right on with his estimate that he gave over the phone before even seeing the job! Andy is very professional, courteous, fast and just a great guy to talk with. I will definitely call him again for any electrical work I may have in the future. Don't call anyone else!

I asked these guys to come in and give me an estimate on a complete rewiring of the garage. I was given a reasonable estimate. The whole process was smooth, but unfortunately I had to scale back my project. When I asked Andy for the smaller job he got to the work within a week. It took him and an apprentice about an hour, and the work is very neat. Andy is very friendly and professional. I'd recommend him to anyone.

It went very well. The work was done quickly and done well. The crew made it a point to clean up after the work was finished. I will be using this company again in a few months to additional work to my house.

We were very pleased with their work. They arrived right on time and while the work took slightly longer than estimated (but that's why they are 'estimates' isn't it?) the price was still right on with what they quoted. They are very professional and kept things clean while working and cleaned up things nicely afterwards. The fans look and work great! They will be a welcome change to those hot summer nights.

Andy took on what I am sure was a small project for him. The time the job took was less than an hour, but he treated it with the same degree of attention I believe he would have on a major job (but without the large expenditure of time or my money). He was very professional in his work and also personable. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it and why. I will call him again when I need an electrician and recommend him highly!

Terrific. Andy is very fair, upfront about charges, punctual, pleasant & very professional. We had him back again to reroute a 220 v plug outlet.

Andy was responsive, punctual, personable professional and affordable. He repaired a ceiling light and then reviewed the electrical service in our original 1947 house, giving us an overview and estimate of what would be required to bring the electrical service up to code to remodel the kitchen. The scope of the work was greater that his company does, so he gave us recommendations for larger electrical contractors in our area. We'll certainly call him next time we need help!

I obtained a bid for this job from another electrical contractor and decided to get a second bid using a contractor on Angie's List. Based on reviews, I selected Brite Electric. I was able to describe the job in sufficient detail that he gave me a bid on the phone, which saved both of us time and trouble. The service was professional, prompt and pleasant, and the follow-up outstanding. Quality of work is excellent and there were no problems passing the electrical inspection, nor have there been any problems since. I'm delighted to have identified my electrician of choice.

Andy worked with our roofer so that we could save a little by having the exhaust fan vent installed while the roof was off. He came exactly when he said he was going to come, and finished the job exactly when he thought he'd be done. I had even added an extra task (moving the half-bath light). He's a really pleasant, professional man who knows his stuff and guided me on getting the appropriate exhaust fan. Even adding the extra task, his price was lower than the estimate, which is always a happy surprise. I would hire him again in a minute.

Came about 45 minutes after I called, repaired the fixture within ten minutes, explained what went wrong, etc.

He was very professional and did a stand up job. He found that the can was defective. He fixed the fixture in his truck and had to come back to finish. He called and came back and fixed the fixture. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. He also installed a light fixture for a security light for no extra charge. He's just a great guy and returns calls quickly. He's prompt and efficient.
