I called Brite Electric because of the recommendations I found on Angie's List. The owner--and sole employee--answered, and we set a date for him to come to our home and provide an estimate. The date selected was within a few days of my initial call. When he arrived and took a look at the issue we wanted resolved he determined he could fix it pretty simply on the spot. And he did! He charged the minimum amount for a service call ($75), minus a 10% discount because we were members of Angie's List (!), plus five bucks for the part he needed to install. Took him about 20 minutes all together. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient, he was very pleasant and easy going. Yep, we'll call him again if/when we need an electirician's services.

Great! Andy returned our call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the followng day. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. We chose Brite Electric because it was rated best on Angie's list. We feel our 4 year subscription to Angie's has been covered.

Will certainly hire Andy again in the future. Since the service was performed, have had to request additional paperwork from him on the work he did in order to try to get reimbursed for it. He was very timely and professonal in honoring my request.

Andy was professional, prompt, tidy and even went beyond his call of duty. He noticed when he was running wire that the downdraft venting for our previous stove top had not been connected by the previous homeowner's appliance installer and was venting into the crawl space rather than outside. We appreciated very much that he informed us of this problem and are happy to recommend him to anyone.

Andy had given me an estimate of $200.00 a few days earlier. He completed the work on 11/3 which involved cleaning up some old wiring and installing a recessed range outlet in the kitchen and installing new light fixtures in the kitchen and livingroom. Andy kept me updated as to when he would be at the worksite etc. He and his helper Alan were right on time and finished promptly. In addition Andy gave me an estimate on other lower priority work which I plan to schedule later. He gave me a senior's discount without me asking for it and the bill came to $170.25. Coming in at lower than the estimate was a pleasant surprise.

Went extremely well. He told us about several options and then did the work expeditiously and professionally. He was great to work with and his prices were reasonable. He was able to do necessary repairs to upgrade our fixtures without having to replace them.

They were terrific, came on time and did really good work. In the midst of the work one of the workmen dropped a light fixture of mine; it broke and they immediately replaced it with at least as good or better piece of equipment. I will use them again in the future.

He was prompt and kept me informed of his progress. He was efficient and very reasonable.

When the serviceman arrived he promptly began working running the wires where possible for all of the switches. When he put the second ceiling fan together there were problems. He tried everything possible to get the fan to work but he couldn't. He finished up all of the job he could, we returned the faulty fans, and he returned the next morning and completed the job.

Great! Andy was at my home two hours after the call, immediately identified the problem, fixed it quickly, and then cut his service call fee by 50% because the problem was so simple. Could have really taken me but was very professional and considerate.

Andy came over and saved me from a DIY mistake in the making. I called at about 11:30 and he came over a few hours later and helped me find a safe solution to my problem. He offered several solutions for my problem and was keeping cost saving in mind. He is very professional and friendly. I will surely call him in the future for any electrical needs.

I had two electrical problems, one of which I could easily have handled with a little more knowledge, and the other of which was intermittent and, of course, not malfunctioning while the guy was here. He was very good about a situation that I found rather embarrassing, and just charged me half of the basic minimum fee.

Very well! It has been a while, so I am sorry to say that I don't remember the gentleman's name. He was on time and polite. Since the job involved installing a retro light fixture in a house built in 1971 we had to discuss a couple of different options - he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He told me up front what the estimated cost would be and stuck to it.

Great service--did work as estimated, on time and on budget. Wouldn't use anyone else in Boise.

I requested that an outlet be moved to an exterior wall from a wall I was removing. It was complicated due to the many studs in the wall and the narrow space in the attic. He did the work efficiently and for much less than I was expecting to pay.

Arrived as agreed, and promptly installed the 3 timers he provided. They have worked flawlessly. We did not get other bids for this project, but $75/hour seemed reasonable to us. As we are new to timers, we asked him to choose for us based on his experience.

They were on time and did the work as requested. My interactions with them were minor, I didn't get a good feeling for them but I was certainly pleased with the work and the timeliness of it.

The whole two day project went very well. Very professional. Andy took care of permit and contacting power company. I was very please with the entire process.

Andy came by to give estimate, then performed work one week later, as scheduled. He asked specific questions to make sure he understood what I wanted regarding placement, outlet color etc. Performed the work as I requested and the result is excellent. Andy is very great to work with.

I just dealt with the owner because he did the work. We were very satisfied because he did a nice job, he did exactly what he said he would do, and he did the job for the price that he said he would. He left the place looking clean and we were very happy with him. We chose him because he had good reviews on Angie?s List and he turned out to be as good as advertised. He wasn?t any less expensive than others and the cost wasn?t a huge factor for me.

Excellent. Installer arrived and installed the first ceiling fan without any issues. The installer noticed that the second ceiling fan would be rather low in the second room. After a discussion it was determined that we would purchase another smaller fan to be installed in the second room. The installer agreed to return several days later to install the second fan. Although the project took longer than expected and the installer had to return, he did not charge me extra, which he had every right to do. I greatly appreciated his input, professional opinion, and suggests. I would highly recommend Brite Electric.

The ceiling fan had a mind of its own and would come on whenever, and he fixed it perfectly. He was determined to get the job done right. He was polite, and I would hire him again in a heart beat.
