Amazing attention to detail, stayed true to the promised value (i.e., the length of time spent cleaning). The crew was very personable and professional. They brought EVERYTHING with them, so no worry about what products to have on hand. After they addressed my highest priorities, they continued with other areas in a logical and efficient manner. Brilliant lived up to their name ... "Brilliant"! We had 3 workers that were focused on the task and not the clock. When the service was finished I got more than planned but the job was terrific. Work was performed very well. Both workers were diligent and thorough. The rooms smelled very clean (my adult daughter said the smell was a bit sterile - too much like a hospital for her). I was very pleased to have the clean spaces before our company Christmas party. It freed me to do other preparations for the party. Thank you very much.

Two very pleasant ladies showed up well within the time frame that had been promised. They quickly got to work dusting and vacuuming the house, and cleaning the bathrooms. Everything was accomplished with a minimum of fuss. We will have them return in the future.

Great! It did take over two weeks to get the job scheduled, but they recommended bracket reinforcement of the gutters as well as new style leaf guards. It was a bit pricey, however the cost was worth it IMO - better to have professional service than have the gutters fall off the house in a rain storm. The two gentlemen who performed the tasks were fast and efficient.......took me on a walk around to view the completed job and showed me where they encountered two wasps nests (which they destroyed). Obviously, they earned the tip I included with payment!

Well. The friendly, courteous women came in, and after a brief tour, went right to work. They arrived on the designated time and were finished in the time allotted. They did quality work.

Expecting out-of-town relatives for a short stay. Purchased a coupon sale for Brilliant Services. Scheduled a suitable timeframe for cleaning a couple weeks in advance. Were delayed by a couple of hours, but service was exceptional and thorough. Based on experience, will probably use again. Good job, very well done.

The service preformed was fine. They came out right away. Maybe, I would use them again. I would check around first. They could improve on their price and I had asked them to touch some gutters. That was the main reason I had contacted them and they could not do that fully. It was partially done but not fully taken down.

The two women who did the cleaning did a great job. They were able to finish everything on my list - even the extra stuff I added to the list just in case they were faster than I thought they'd be. I don't think I could afford the regular price of $150 for 3 hours, but the coupon for 3 hours for $89.00 was definitely affordable and well worth it.

The service was good. There were two girls one of them I thought did a better job than the other one. I have a utility room in one of the bathrooms and she did not do anything in there. I thought maybe she would do that too, but maybe she did not figure that was part of the bathroom. I like the way the one girl did the kitchen. It was great.

I purchased the coupon for gutter cleaning for $99. In the coupon I specifically read the details to see if it covered my service area. The details indicate "Service areas include Ada and Canyon County". I live in Caldwell, Canyon County. Once I was contacted to schedule, I was notified that I would have to pay an additional $51 because I live outside the service area. When I pointed out that the coupon states serves Canyon county and there is no indication of service fees in the details. They responded that it wasn't their fault that Angie's list did not want to put in that info and to charge the customer after purchase if they need to. As a business owner, I would insist on having accurate information on any product I offer. Anytime a company indicates that you are getting one price and then notifies you after purchase, "oh by the way it is 50%" more, is a little shady to me. I am happy to pay double or triple the price for an honest estimate that the owners will stand by.

I used Brilliant Services LLC. They were here February 15th 2016. They did an okay job.

It was okay. I wasn't there when they cleaned the gutters. I assumed that they were fully cleared. I noticed that they used my ladder and they didn't put it back properly. They just threw it back behind the garage. I also noticed that one of the downspouts was detached. It looked like they kind of hate the job and just moved through. I wouldn't use them again. I would probably tell them to try someone else.

I had to pay more than the $99. The day they came out to do them, they weren't able to get to them, because there was snow on the roof, so they used a ladder to get to the main parts that I needed done. When they did it last year I had more square footage. They came out in November. The times that I have dealt with them the quality was good. They need to be more upfront and clear what the cost might be.

I wanted the house cleaned because I had moved out and relocated out of state. I was not at the property to see the crew in action, so I have no information with which to assess their performance.

They were very prompt in returning emails/calls. Their scheduling had pretty wide ranges and being during the week, made it impossible for me to be there when they were working. Would've liked to have been able to see what was going on. My only complaint about the work is that in several spots the stuff they were cleaning out of the gutters was left on my walkways, and it really didn't want to come out. Would likely use again, but only if we could work out a time that I could watch the work being performed. Anecdotally, they seemed like pleasant folks.

The provider could not schedule my date, saying they were too busy (20 days out). They tried to upsell me, saying that three hours was not enough for a move-out cleaning of an empty 925 square foot house. They wanted six hours.

These ladies did a great job. They were on time and went right to work scrubbing and dusting. The house is now in much better shape!

They were extremely professional from my initial transaction with the company all the way through the cleaning process. Outstanding customer service. Would definitely use them again.

Inspected the coverage of the moisture barrier and took photos of the entire crawl space. I was glad to hear there were just a couple of small areas that needed barrier covering, but that it didn't have to be done right away. I was also informed that my ducts should be insulated - again, not urgently necessary, but would have to have this done if I ever sold my house. Good information and no pressure to have anything done right away. Very professional and courteous.

The service was as promised, the people who did the work were courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with the results and felt like I got good value for the dollar. I would absolutely use this company again.

They were great! Removed the screens covering the gutters, cleaned all the silt out and removed all leaf debris from roof gulleys.
