Boise CleanPro

Cleaning job was subpar resulting in landlord withholding part of my deposit. Why would anyone want to pay $400 for a cleaning service that doesn’t clean? I specifically requested the refrigerator to be cleaned, baseboards to be wiped down, walls wiped down, etc. None of this was done, and the basic cleaning that was done was done very poorly. I would not hire this company again. When I called to give them the opportunity to correct their shoddy performance, the manager, Nick Thomas, told me they could come back and do a better job, but it would cost me more money. I’ve never been ripped off to this extent before in my life. This company cannot be trusted.

The service was excellent! The cleaners were very fast and thorough. The house was cleaned in 2.5 hours by 2 cleaners! I was able to suggest areas that were my focus. Olivia and Ashley were terrific. They worked diligently and got all of my priorities beautifully and efficiently cleaned. I would hire them again!

The owner rescheduled me. I called when they didn't show and he gave me a new time. We were adjusting our schedule and scrambling to pick up family at the airport. The crew never showed. He states they showed after we left. Which would have been 20 minutes late. The owner stated it was my fault for not sharing my time constraints! He also gave me the details on how unprofitable GROUPON is, he had a sick worker, etc. But, no personal accountability. No attempts at a repair. He did offer me a minor discount to come back and clean at full price. I NEVER received any services for the money already paid! What a sham. Bad business! AVOID!

We recently had personnel from Boise Clean Pro come to the house to do a cleaning. The office kept us informed as to the time we could expect the cleaners to arrive. The very pleasant lady arrived on time and was ready to go to work. The cleaning was accomplished with a minimum of disruption to our routine. About midway through the time allotted a representative of Boise Clean Pro came to the house to check on the progress and see if there were any concerns or special needs. We feel the house was cleaned to our satisfaction and will definitely have them return

It didn't! Also, the company that called back was not Brilliant Services...had a name Clean ....something or another. I was so unimpressed!!!

I called this company, thinking that because they were "Angie's List" approved, I might get a good response. Their tag line is "If it's not illegal or dangerous, we'll do it!" My job is either too small (tough), or too dangerous (I live in a single story home) because I NEVER received a return phone call.

I've used Brilliant 3 times now and I've been pleased with their staff, punctuality and thoroughness each time. I plan to continue with Brilliant to clean my home prior to special occasions. They are very accommodating and have met my timeframes for service every time. Easy to work with.

Great. Needed to do a move out cleaning. We split up the work between us and the maid to make sure the new homeowners would have a spotless home to move into. She was flexible about which jobs she did. Brought all her own equipment and cleaners. Very pleasant and hard working.

Cleaning was not thorough. Did work that was not requested and did not do a thorough job cleaning bathrooms.

One of the two workers was being trained. The trainer did a fantastic job. The trainee needed extra supervision and was not as thorough or efficient. When I contacted the owner following the job, he was extremely helpful, appreciative of my feedback. He sent out a second team to make sure the work I hired them for was done to my complete satisfaction. It was, and I am a loyal customer. This company cares about getting the jobs done right and keeping their standards high.

We had to call them back and they sent some better cleaning people and that worked out well. The second time around, they did the job right and no problems. I give them an A overall because of the way they handled the situation. We recommend them. This isn't the first time we had them do work for us. We are satisfied with the service.

They didn’t do too bad. They worked hard at it. They were on time. They were fine.

The girls did an excellent job. Hard workers and VERY professional. Really appreciated their amazing service.

There was no extra charges. We had them come over for bathrooms and dusting. They actually got through before their time was up and my wife asked if they could please do some cleaning on the floors. They did that too.

We have used them a couple of times. We first got involved with them with a big deal. We had them come back and do more. This time around it was around $100 which was quite reasonable. They did a good job. There has been two people.

They sent two young ladies, that worked as a team. Did a pretty good job, but they didn't sweep and mop the 2 pantry's Quick and good cleaning but not a deep cleaning..

Their manager met with me to walk through our home and understand our top priorities. He then quoted a fair price. We've never had a cleaning cancelled. I'm called the day before service and staff always arrives within the time frame communicated. Staff cleans thoroughly, are polite and professional. i would highly recommend them. Price I list is per monthly cleaning for a townhouse that's 1,776 sq ft.

I cancelled the service when I found out they were lying. Angie's list refunded my money within minutes.

We have used this service three times. Great to be able to select the number of hours of cleaning so as not to pay for more than we needed. Every crew was completely outfitted with their own supplies and products, professional, thorough, and considerate! They even take you on a walkthrough to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction before they leave.

The housekeeping manager came over to see what we wanted done in our home. After showing him around, he quoted us a price that was lower than our previous company even BEFORE they raised their prices! The people they send to our home are efficient, friendly, reliable and conscientious. We love the service.

Absolutely outstanding! I love this company, they are terrific!

I will hire them again in the future.
