Description of Work: My washing machine flooded my home. The laundry room floor had to be replaced, the hardwood in the kitchen had to be refinished, and the carpet had to be replaced in the living room and office. I had them tile the living room and office, rather than replace the carpet. | |I also had most of the interior painted, including the trim and all interior doors. | |They did a fabulous job on everything and completed the job in the time frame given. Everyone who worked on my home was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I promptly received a follow up call from their office on how things |went. I appreciate great customer service and follow up is rare these days. Description of Work: They sent 2 people to do my apartment cleaning. They were very prompt and did an "ok" job. I may recommend them again, but not sure at this point. There were a couple of minor issues, ie: places that did not get the attention I feel they should have. Overall, though, I'd give them an 8 out of 10.

Description of Work: I live on other side of state. Have a house in Boise I needed cleaned and was going to be in area the weekend of Feb 20th ss I scheduled them to clean my house for Friday the 20th at 9 A.M. Then I broke my ankle and I called them up on Monday the 16th to change my appointment with them for Friday the March 6th, the next date I would be in Boise. Today, March 4th I got a call from them to confirm they would be at my place on Thursday the 5th. I asked them how they got Thursday when I explained to them when I made the appt I would not be in town until Friday the 6th. Of course they apologized but said their Friday was full and could not be there, which really put me in a bind with no time to schedule anyone else. Very inconvenient for me as this was something I needed to have done while we were in town for this weekend. They seem really unorganized.

Description of Work: We were unable to schedule the first time we contacted the company due to a conflict. When we contacted them the following week, we didn't hear back from them to get the service scheduled. They were very friendly, just not as prompt to contact us as we had hoped.

Description of Work: Cleaned rain gutters. They came out while I was at work and performed a great job cleaning out my gutters and down spouts. They also cleaned up the debris and took it with them. Very professional and thorough. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: I had a Water line from my hot water heater fail at the foundation of my house and it filled the crawlspace with water. Brilliant jumped into action. They had the crawlspace pumped out, and the pipe fixed within hours of when I called. The hot water heater was back up and running within two hours. I couldn't believe it! Steve Nail, and Tina were so helpfull throughout the whole process, and it was over with before I knew it. I was so worried that the bill was going to be thousands of dollars, and It would have caused thousands more in damages, but Steve gave me pricing up front, and at each step of the way, and stood by the prices he gave me. Plus they responded and fixed the problem so fast, that there were hardly any damages at all. I had to have some drying fans in my crawlspace for a few days, other than that there was just a little bit of insulation and some new plastic barrier, and of coarse the pipe that the plumber repaired that caused the whole mess, but they got it all done so fast they made it look easy. I am so glad they did too because they saved me a ton of time, stress, and money with all of the damages that it could have caused if it had not been taken care of so quickly. Also I have had the experience dealing with another disaster response type company, and that place totally trashed my house, made the problem worse, both with the repair bills and cleaning too. It ended up costing me almost twice as much because they did such a sloppy job. It caused much more damage, and a bunch of hassle dealing with my insurance company and then with their company because my insurance wouldn't cover their damages. I was really worried about that happening again when I called Brilliant, but these guys are VERY PROFESSIONAL, they worked neat, and were carefull to put down drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves very well. They took all of the trash with them, and my left my house cleaner then when I started. I am so happy with every aspect of my service that I will definately use them in the future, for any of my home repair needs! I am so impressed with their repairs and service, that I have called on them to clean my carpets too! I am also thinking of hiring them to do some house cleaning, and some remodeling projects of my two bathrooms, and Kitchen in the future. I can safely say that I trust them completely, and will definatly be calling on them when I am ready to start on my planed projects.
