As one of the oldest cleaning companies in town, we offer service you can count on. We specialize in recurring service. Weekly, bi-weekly or every 4 weeks, to meet your needs. We build a customized checklist just for your home and have tools so you can always give us immediate feedback about your cleaning. Our goal is to clean your home to meet YOUR needs. Description of Work: Housecleaning; satisfied with the quality of services performed and was pleased that if I had to point out "spots missed" they responded pleasantly and seemed more than happy to take any corrective steps. They may be pricier than any other housecleaning company used in the past, but their professionalism and quality of work so far has been worth it. The team members appear to take much pride in their work and speak highly of Brillant Services as a company to work for.

Description of Work: The provider advised me that they would be available to provide a service between 9-7-15 and 9-11-15. After I confirmed the availability I made the purchase and was notified no services would be provided until 9-22-15. Completely deceptive and poor customer service.

We deeply apologize for this miscommunication on our part. Upon research, we found that Mr. [Member name removed] did call in prior to purchasing the deal. Our schedule had availability at that time. However, when he purchased the deal the next day, it had filled up due the holiday (We are closed on Labor Day, the 7th, which was one of the days he requested service). Unfortunately, this week was very tight for us because all our regular Monday clients were moved to other days due to the holiday. We were literally in the middle to moving clients when he called in and the schedule looked much more open than it actually was. We feel terrible about this and hope that he can get a refund from Angie's List. They do have a 30 day refund policy. We do want to stress that we in no way, intended to mislead Mr. [Member name removed]. Our mistake was a terrible inconvenience for him, but not intentional on our part.

Description of Work: "Brian was our representative. They were three days late to start and it took them 4 months to complete two bathrooms. We were visited by an inspector to see if the permits had been pulled and they had not. We never knew who was coming to do what or if they were coming until they showed up. It was very unorganized. We would not choose this company again."
