Mitch found problem right away and installed correct wiring and receptacle for our new electric range and installed new hood. Was very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend All Electric for any electrical home problems or needs.

A spring storm caused a power surge in the house which apparently fried the circuitry in one of our smoke detectors, causing it to go off. As they are hard wired, all of them of course reacted. Cutting the power to them from the breaker box fixed this issue for a short while, until the battery backup kicked in. No one was going to be getting any sleep with this going on all night, so we gave Mitch a call and described what was going on and he too felt like it was caused by the storm in the area. He was on his way out within 20 minutes. He worked quickly and efficiently and got all 7 detectors changed, including one up on a 20 ft ceiling. He also checked out the breaker box to make sure there were indeed no electrical issues going on, for everyone's peace of mind. We appreciated the quick response to our after hours call. No other electrician who listed themselves as 24 hours/emergency calls, would even pick up their phone! Without a doubt we will give All Electric a call again for any further electrical issue with may have.

Shane arrived promptly, looked at the fan, said it could be fixed. Since it was older, he had to go get the part, but returned quickly and fixed it with no problem. While he was here, we asked for some information for future work, which he supplied and even cleaned over ancient kitchen vent!

Overall Shane is awesome! He took care of everything and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need when it turned out there was no real prolem with the breaker. I will definetly use All Electric again!

Electrician arrived with window specified. He moved very quickly saying they were very busy due to Christmas light installs. He laid down several layers of plastic to protect the carpet while cutting the drywall. He quickly understood the multiple changes we needed. He answered any questions we had. Nice guy!

Shane, met me at Lowe's to select lights. Talked with me about pendants, choices, etc. He was quick and worked great with my family coming and going. Patient with my choosing process and was very pleasant.

Overall the experince was positive and helpful! Since I had initially done the re-wiring myself I was concerned a professional would frown at me, this was not the case!

Mitch gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He was very thorough and very professional about his job. You can tell he takes it very seriously. If anything came up he immediately came to me. Very knowledgeable and very personal.

Horribly! The owner started off well on the first survey trip (his billing rate was $80), However he had to return (took several calls & about 1 1/2 weeks to get him on site) to repair what he supposedly took care of on the first visit. It then took multiple calls & no-shows by him. Finally he came w/a helper & parts for the repairs/upgrades --- just as we were giving up. However he only spent a short time, getting very little accomplished & took off. We fired him & hired a much better electrician through Angie's List --- Andy Derrick of Brite Electric Then he tried to be outrageous in his bill --- after two months of our holding his parts!
