Called Mitch, at ALL ELECTRIC, at 7 AM. And he directed me to do several things including reversing four of the LOAD and LINE wire contacts. That did it, the system worked. By Mitch walking me thru this problem, the system was repaired without a service call or fee. This man is honest. And when I need electrical service in the future, I will contact ALL ELECTRIC, Thanks again, Mitch.

Hasn't happened as no one ever called back, even after multiple phone call messages & emails.

Attempted to contact them several times by phone as well as text. Mitch was very vague when he would be getting back and somewhat rude on phone. No response at all via text. Being busy is no excuse for poor customer service. Have u thought of hiring an associate?

Shane and Bryson are very punctual and professional. If there was a problem, they solved it. We now have five new fans, and our outlets are updated. They even fixed some of the wiring so our outlets work the way they should. I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs, and will be calling them with my electrical needs in the future.

No one even responded to the quote request. I ended up using Sublime Electric. I have 8200+ contacts on LinkedIn and I return ALL emails within 24hrs but somehow these folks can’t? C’mon!

I called Mitch, he connected me with Shane, and he was over to my house just a bit later! Shane was very professional and knowledgeable, he took very good care of us and was right to work and quick, too. He figured out all our problem plugs and switches, got everything working for us, checked the rest of our outlets. They gave us very fair pricing and included the Angies List discount, just awesome. He did a great job. Fast, figured out a fix for a sensor that had to be replaced, even fashioned a custom housing on the fly.

Very well done. They arrived within 3 mins of scheduled time. They stayed over 6.5 hours. They found the problem and fixed it. Took the care to ensure within a 1/4" placement of fixtures and plugs. They went over the entire electrical box, explained and verified each breaker. It was a new house purchase so they investigated the electrical and found an exposed wire which they installed a conduit. They helped in going over both inside and outside lighting and offered options including new products that are now available. Cost and materials were kept to a minimum.

The process was painless. Couldn't have been any better.

Overall I was impressed with the work done by Mitch. His demeanor was polite and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and was willing to explain things to me and show me what was going on while he was troubleshooting a light switch upstairs that had suddenly quit working a few days ago. He looked behind multiple light switches, outlets, and light fixtures to deduce how the upstairs of our remodeled old house was wired, and eventually determined that the problem was probably occurring somewhere in the closet (he was right!). He was also meticulous and made sure to leave things as good or better than he found them, even behind the face-plates. My only complaint was that he couldn't give a specific appointment time, it was more of a "well, I'll add you to my list and call you when I'm ready to come over; it might be a day or two." However, maybe that's just how electricians do things, because the other guy I called said some thing similar, except the other guy said "sometime next week." (The third guy I called never called me back.) So overall a great experience and I am confident in Mitch's competence and would definitely call on him again if the need were to arise.

Great service. From the time I called and spoke to the owner, Mitch, until the time the electrician, Shane, made a service call, everything went smoothly. I was contacted to set up a service time that fit my strange work schedule. And when the electrician knew he was going to be late, he kept me appraised of his arrival time - which was not much later than scheduled. Great communications. While Shane was working to troubleshoot the problem, he provided lots of helpful information for me as a homeowner: the troubleshooting process, likely problems, potential problems to look out for in the future, and how to do some of the work on my own. Along with being prompt, good communicators, polite, and helpful, the price was less than I had anticipated.

Shaun And Bryson were prompt, professional, and informative. It took a while to get an appointment because of the holiday rush but once they made the appointment, everything went very well. The work was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

I contacted these guys the a Monday before Christmas and was pleasantly surprised when they said they could be there the next day. They said they did not schedule appointments but could call me with 30 mins lead time. The next day when they never called I called them back and the owner told me he had been on another job that took longer than expected and now he had a doctor app the next day but could send an employee out the next day. I never got a phone call again and called back to find out why. The owner said that the employee's son also had a doctor app and I asked if someone would be able to make it out within the week since we had company coming. He assured me that was no problem. On Thursday at 2pm I called again to make sure it would happen. He sent his employee to meet me who arrived at 3:30 and was unable to find the problem. He assured me he would be back the next day with the owner to figure out the problem. We never heard back. I called 10 days later to find out if they could come now and the owner said he would call me back with a time. Once again I never heard back. These guys are very unreliable.

Excellent. They called back promptly (not always something you see in my area) ; set up an appointment for the next day; and showed up on time. The technician was friendly, efficient and professional. The price I paid was LESS than what was quoted. I would hire them again for any electric work I need to be done.

I needed a dedicated 20 amp circuit and plug for a sauna. They knew exactly what I needed and were even able to give me a ballpark figure over the phone. Very professional. They came on time and did the job fast and clean. Would definetly hire them again. They even were super friendly with the dogs. Couldn't be happier!

Mitch returned my call promptly. Stated he could come same day. Was prompt, called to let me know he was on the way. Friendly, professional and even took time to educate my son how to take the ceiling bathroom fan down to clean it. Reasonable price. Quick& efficient!

We called All Electric and spoke with Mitch at ~9:15am. Shane and Bryson were here at 10:30am quoted the job by 10:35am and completed the job UNDER estimate by noon. Additionally, they noticed and reported a water leak which we were unaware of. Altogether outstanding service. We know have a go-to electrician and won't hesitate to call All Electric in the future.
