Called all electric. They called right back, came same afternoon - when they said they would be there give us 2 options - to replace while unit or just replace fan. went to the store and get exactly what we needed . Very efficient worker.

I paid too much! I was not given a 10% discount & I don't believe the work above required a full 9 hours of labor by 2 certified electricians. I had no problem with Mitch answering one customer phone call while I was being billed hourly BUT Mitch answered ALL incoming company phone calls. While Mitch spoke to his customers on incoming calls, his assistant did little to no work or held a set of instructions while Mitch talked to his customers. My cost was not reduced due time spent on his cell phone, scheduling jobs for other customers & some trouble shooting for them. During one phone call answering many questions for a customer Mitch spent 12 minutes. His assistant didn't work during this call either. Before Mitch started working at my home, Mitch gave me a bid for labor. He mentioned 3 times that "labor cost would be $80 an hour". I was never quoted $160 per hour, until I was paying the bill. Mitch did say earlier that it would take two men to thread electrical wire through the wall for the 50", 32 pound tv. This sounded fair to me. I don't believe that I needed two "certified electricians" at my house for 4.5 hours to complete the tasks I've mentioned above. The tasks were done to my satisfaction but I was overcharged. I am pleased that Mitch had four led potlight bulbs that he sold to me. Angies List should know that I was not given their 10% discount. I saw two discount mentioned on Angies List before I hired Mitch and forgot to ask for one of them again when I paid. Mitch knew I was a member. After I paid him, he spoke of the discount and said he'd give it to me on next job they did for me.

Called and spoke with Mitch to have several small services provided in our home. Mitch was very helpful and polite over the phone, I requested a specific day of the week for the services. He said he would look at his schedule and get back with me. Mitch called at 5:30 the day before my requested appointment time several days later and said he would be at my home at 9am the next day. Having not heard back from Mitch for several days, I had other appointments scheduled and was unable to be home the next morning. Scheduled Mitch to come out the following week. Appointment time came and went, called Mitch to be informed that he was busy with other "emergency" appointments and wasn't coming - no apology. Made another appointment for the following week, no showed with no phone call again. Needless to say, made an appointment with another company, who did show up. Sounds like from the other reviews that this company will do great work, if you are important enough for them to show up. I recommend looking elsewhere.

I called Mitch,of All Electric Inc., in a panic! Everything in our garage was out following this A.M.'s thunderstorm. My husband and I tried all the usual things. Flipping the breakers had no effect. My husband even took off the front panel and checked the voltage to the breaker to make sure it was functional. We were at a loss as to what to try next. We'd both heard a really loud close lightening strike and feared we may have been hit. I turned to Angie's list and chose All Electric because of Mitch's fine reviews & the fact that he offers emergency service. Not only was I able to speak directly to Mitch on the 1st call, but he walked my husband through where to look for the GFI switch (which resets everything on that breaker). Turns out it was behind some furniture. We'd never used it and forgot it was there. After asking the age of the house, Mitch told us exactly where to look for the reset, 4 ft. above ground level! Problem solved. We are very grateful for Mitch's expertise, as without him we wouldn't have known where to look and wouldn't have moved the furniture.

It took a lot of investigation and fact-finding to figure out what the previous owner had done. Three illegal splices were found in two walls, and a jerry-rigged junction box was found in the attic space that had one wire attached, serving no known purpose. He brought the wiring up to code and he also placed a cover on the patio outlet for me. He was very neat and tidy and replaced all the sheetrock and insulation perfectly.

Shane the electrician was very thorough in his diagnosis the price was very reasonable.

Awesome. All Electric was the only company of several called during a busy season to respond. Spend time explaining and going over details of needs for coding and future comfort and safety. Mitch and Shawn were friendly, funny, a pleasure to have around and two of the most hard working professionals we have ever seen. They worked their tails off in the heat without complaints, got the most done they could in a day and accomplished an amazing amount of things that was quality work with our convenience and comfort in mind. There is no other company in Boise to use for Electrical, these guys were top notch the best all around. Gonna miss them.

His services were very reasonably priced and he always answers his phone. He is a very nice man. I thought he was just real personable. His prices were really excellent compared to other electricians, very affordable. He seemed like a really reliable person. He is very responsive. He is excellent.

Main breaker in house would switch off and not reset. Technician identified problem and successfully resolved it in minimal time. Company had technician on site within 2 1/2 hours after calling, despite previous schedule commitments.

The only frustration was finding a date/time for the work to happen. The All Electric personnel were clearly very busy. Once we arranged the time, everything went smoothly . See above

Shane was friendly and informative. He explained what he was doing and why as he worked. He finished in no time at all and signed off on the kitchen, bath and outside as having proper GFI protection. I will call this company again if needed.

This is the second time we've had Shawn do a small project for us. He is always prompt, professional and courteous - and the price is very competitive - we highly recommend All Electric!

Shane was on time and very professional - explained the reading I was getting from my tester - confirmed that new 3 way switch was correctly wired and installed new fixture. Great price and great service!

Mitch and Shane did a great job of installing our two chandeliers in a reasonable amount of time . It was a bigger job than it might sound as one of the lights was installed in a 18 foot high entry hall so required renting a special ladder--which they handled. The new lighting fixtures were somewhat intricate and took some time and know-how to assemble properly. Not only did Mitch get this project scheduled within a few days of my initial call, he brought Shane to help so that the job could be done safely and efficiently. Mitch also provided sound advice on placement of the lighting to best optimize design and minimize glare. He even offered to dust a high window sill and shutters while he was on the ladder! I will call All Electric with all of my household electrical projects from now on. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable.

They responded promptly to my initial call, and performed the work just days after coming to make an estimate. Our recently purchased 1936 home has a lot of issues that need work, as it has been remodeled and added on to many times over the years. MItch had a number of helpful suggestions as I went over with him all the things that need to be addressed eventually. They did a nice job, and I will definitely use them in the future.

All Electric was able to send their representative Shane on the day of contact. Shane was very prompt, and very informative as he went to the different outlets and explained how and why they went to where they did. The panty outlet required the most troubleshooting, going into the crawl space and tracing wires until he eventually discovered an unrelated light switch in the kitchen turned the outlet off and on. He also assisted with labeling some of the switches from the box that were unlabeled. Very knowledgeable and even reminded me about the 10% Angie's discount when I didn't have it printed out. With all the questions I had for him and all the areas for him to look, I anticipated him needing more than the 2 hours, but he is very good at managing his time. A few weeks ago we had another electrical service out for an unrelated issue and their representative was not nearly as experienced, or professional. He gave the impression that his time was more valuable than mine. All Electric and Shane are much different and I'll be keeping their card handy.
