Thought we had elec box in attic but did not pan out so spent xtra time searching which cost extra cash. Otherwise good job as they were only following our wishes.

Shane showed up exactly when he said he would. He installed the outdoor outlet, replaced the GFI outlet and two other old ones and was finished in under two hours. A good electrician and a really nice, personable guy.

Shane and Brycen were prompt, professional and explained the process well.

The electrician was quick and efficient. He found the problem immediately and fixed it.

The serviceman arrived right on time. The repair was done quickly and the underlying problem was explained in detail.

It was perfect. I felt so relieved that the problem was solved so quickly and easily.

The project was a big success. We arranged a time and day on the phone and the serviceman called to verify about a half hour before arriving. Shane did excellent work and was kind to educate me on electrical issues. He did the work very quickly and even discovered a circuit breaker that was mis-marked when the house was first built. The panel for the backup generator works like a charm and as coincidence would have it, we lost power about a week later.

Perfect! called from yellow page ad at 3. 00 PM-20º outside. Quoted $80. 00 an hour service rate. Mitch arrived with in 45 minutes-completed work in 30 minutes.

Mitch saved me $150 for an unnecessary house call. Couldn't have asked for a better response.

Well...they showed up on time, did the work, honored their coupon, and everything came out fine.

Shane and Brycen arrived the same day we called!!! Immediately got to work, efficient fast personable!!! Older home older wiring and they bath went above and beyond. We are having them to do more work at a later date.

Shane called ahead and let us know he was on the way. He arrived and determined what was needed and he and his apprentice moved the outlet to accommodate a new slide in range. During his service he also checked all the connections within our electrical panel to make sure all were tight. He also performed other electrical service work that we needed done. They also cleaned up the work area after their work was done. I was very pleased with their service.

Installer let me know he would be bringing an apprentice to assist, both were polite & professional, explained what they would be doing/how they had to access the craw space etc, did a great job and I would recommend them to others.

Mitch communicated well from the beginning arrived was polite & efficient. F being the best.

They never returned my calls. I can respect a company saying they are booked up for the next year and asking if I want to be put on a waiting list, but I do not respect dead silence over the course of several messages left for them.

Electrician and assistant arrived on time. Actually called to let me know he could come one hour early if I liked. After reviewing the literature for my spa, the electrician explained all code requirements for the job. I authorized the work for my job and the work was completed. At every step he explained to me what he was doing and why. I am not an electrician but he was able to put the information out there where I could understand it. This man should be an educator. The job was completed and I got to push the button to start the spa it up. I would use this company again!

Shane responded immediately, arrived promptly, was courteous, friendly professional and considerate. The work area was completely cleaned & tidy the outlets are working and this was an over – all excellent experience.

Bathroom plugs were dead and dryer wouldn't heat. Mitchel has worked for me before and I don't want anyone else. I think he is trustworthy and he does excellent work at a reasonable price. Very personable too.
