Kleaning by Kelly

They did a great job cleaning and the house looked great but one of her employees was rude and basically gave us a lecture on how we could keep our kitchen cleaner. He acted as if using their services was an inconvenience for him. I will not be using this company again because I wanted a service to help us out but I did not want to get attitude from them for doing what I thought I was paying them for.

Did not pay attention to detail, was more interested in getting the job done than in doing a good job.

Arrived on time, had 4 or 5 workers, all seemed to have assigned jobs so cleaning was done quickly.

They were very nice and thorough. They made sure to check and recheck their work. I will be using them again.

This is the first time that I have had someone clean my house and I was absolutely amazed. Kelly was very friendly and flexible with my schedule. She explained everything to me since I didn't really know what to expect. They did a fabulous job!!! My house looks and smells fantastic. I am planning on hiring her on a regular basis to help me clean my house. I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone.

There was no furniture in the house so no dusting of furniture was needed. The floors were dusted but either not scrubbed well or not at all? There was spots of dirt all over the bamboo flooring. The sun room was not touched. There were cob webs all over and the kids were drawing in the dust. Wall light switch and electric plates were not cleaned, Bathroom hardware was not wiped down. The backsplash in the kitche was not cleaned. Finger prints on doors and glass in doors was not cleaned. A lot of basic deep cleaning items were not done. The new owner was looking for a full time person to clean but said she would definitey not use this service. The person moving into my house was not at all happy with the cleaning job done and talked with her and she said that she and 2 other people had spent six hours on the house and that when that was over she stopped cleaning. That was not her advertised deal. There was nothing that stated the limit on hours. She had very poor customer service and told my buyer that I had not called and complained so she basically didn't care. There is no reason in my mind that 3 people in two hours could not clean this house with no obsticles in it. I should note that the refrigerator was not cleaned. There was some food left in it that I had not moved but if it was a home that people were not moving out of I would have expected them to remove the food and clean the refrigerator. Would never use her again.

Great job with the cleaning. What I didn't like was that her c o workers were her teenage daughters. Also, she used my Swiffer and wet mop to clean. I can do that myself. When I hire and pay someone to clean, I kind of expect commercial quality cleaning supplies/equipment. She was very friendly as were her daughters. Just not what I expected for paid cleaning.

With a family of four in this day and age, it can be very hard to find the time to do a regular deep clean. I saw the great reviews of Kleaning by Kelly and although I was a bit skeptical at first, when they arrived at my door I was pleasantly greeted by a couple of very friendly, down-to-earth and easy to talk to ladies. My confidence was immediately boosted. They got to work right away as I described I wanted our up and downstairs bathrooms cleaned, living rooms (up and downstairs) dusted and vacuumed and the kitchen floor cleaned. The results? I don't think our house has ever been cleaner. They really did a great job on the kitchen floors - going above and beyond a simple sweep and mop. They were on their knees scrubbing it. I can't wait for my wife to come home later - she is going to be so elated. I am so excited to have found such a great cleaning partner to call on in the future. My life has been greatly simplified!

We called Kelly to do a move out clean on our old house. She said she was dealing with a death in the family and would call me the next week to get the work scheduled and done and that she could do it on the following Saturday. I understood. The next week 3 messages were left on my phone within a half hour saying she was at my door and to call her. I called her back as soon as I could. She said she had the wrong number. She ended the call before scheduling a time for us. She never did call back to schedule. Only calls we received from her were her confusing us with someone else. When I called her back all I got from her was that she had called the wrong number. Wasted my time. Was able to get someone else to do the work thankfully.

She showed up over 2 hours late by herself, when she promised 4 cleaners. When asked, she said two other cleaners would be showing up later. They never did. She wanted to charge $300 for 4 hours of work. Eventually she and I agreed to $150 and I decided to pay $200 because I felt partly responsible for not being clearer about the charges ahead of time. I gave her the money and said I trusted her to finish the job. She left without cleaning the basement. It was filthy with small paint white paint chips on carpet (so obviously not vacuumed) and there were cobwebs and layers of dust on the window areas. If she had done a good job, I wanted her to do a move-out clean for an apartment, and ongoing cleaning. I cancelled that. It isn't a good sign when you're so upset that you're shaking when you're explaining why you're not happy. What a horrible experience. UPDATE: I just saw the response below, and wanted to respond due to the dishonesty there. 3 people did not come clean. You told me 3 people would, but only you showed up. You also orally promised to do the basement immediately before I left the house the last time. To say otherwise is just not true. I believe you left the second after I did, as I later (after leaving this review) found filth in some of the kitchen drawers near by where I'd last seen you working.

She cleaned blinds refrigerator floors shelves counter tops furniture. Really sweet woman House was really in bad shape Price was out of the kindness of her heart because the person living there has cancer and cant keep her house up anymore

Kleaning by Kelly is the BEST ! They do an excellent job.

It wasn’t up to our usual standards. She was a very kind person and very nice but the thoroughness left something to be desired for us. They seemed very kind, trustworthy people. We tried the service weekly for about a month. The price seems about average for this area. She responded right away.

The provider along with 3 staff arrived within agreed timeframe and immediately began work. They requested to use my personal vacuum cleaner, which surprised me. They preferred that to using there own so as not to transfer undesired items (such as bedbugs) from one house to another. Kelly immediately began work on kitchen while the other 3 started on 2nd floor. The 2 youngest cleaners were not particularly enthusiastic. As they began on the 1st floor I checked on 2 nd floor. Finding several things missed, I showed them to Kelly who immediately took care of them. She felt strongly that communication was very important to customer satisfaction. I found other things later, such as high dusting of cobwebs around light fixtures, were missed. However, as a general cleaning, they did an acceptable job and I will use them again with some specific requests.

They actually called and were available early which worked for me. I walked them through the house, showed them everything and they went to work. I have scheduled them for a cleaning every four weeks going forward. I did ask for a different scented cleaning agent next time which they will do for me.

Kelly responded to my order very quickly and was able to schedule the cleaning on the day I preferred. She and her team arrived promptly and got everything done amazingly quickly. She did also call to follow up. Looking things over they did a great job. Definitely looking forward to using them on a regular basis!

It was a pretty fast transaction: I called her on Thursday Dec. 4th and explained our situation. We still had the tile installers in our house at the time and dust was getting bad and they weren't supposed to be done until Friday or maybe Saturday. Kelly went out of her way to come out on Sunday with her daughter to start on the clean up. They came in and spent 4 hours wet wiping down the entire house, floors, walls, fixtures, blinds, furniture, etc.. A daunting task for anyone. They had to come back on Monday for 2 hours and did some regular house cleaning and vacuuming then started back in with more dusting, they went over what they did the day before because the tile dust was still settling and they said that it may take several days for the tile dust to completely settle. They were right, we dusted and changed the furnace filter twice by the end of December. They were very nice to work with and for the most part very pleased with the final results. This was the first time we had ever used a cleaning service in our home and we would do it again on a job this size.

Kelly knows how to get the job done, and it's clear that she and her team work very well, and very efficiently, together. We were both so happy with how our house looked - they even cleaned some areas (portions of the kitchen/family room floor) that I'm surprised they noticed! We are very happy and will recommend Kleaning by Kelly!

Great jobI! Ibought a special for Kleaning by Kelly to help me clean up three very dusty rooms and a stariwell. The iwhole house fan that pulls in all the pollen and dirt in the neighborhood into these rooms. Good email communication beforehand let me schedule when I wanted it done and what was to be done so we were on the same page before they came. They gave me an estimated time of arrival and a call an hour in advance so I knew about when they would arrive. The team of three arrived when they said they would and ready to work. I showed them the rooms and what I wanted done. They started right away and were done way earlier than I thought! THe rooms were great. I could no longer write my name on any surface and the floors weren't sporting dust bunnies! Better I could breath without sneezing up there. Great job and they gave me several business cards so I can pass them along. Money well spent! Thank you Kleaning by Kelly!
