Not the cleaning experience I was expecting. They wore their shoes in my home without shoe protectors, they cleaned the floor first which is something i think should be done last. All the while, they are walking on the clean floor with their dirty shoesI asked for my sons room to be cleaned, I found an inch of dust on his dresser and book shelf. The cleaning was cheap, I guess you get what you pay for.

Kelly is a professional, efficient, thorough, and trustworthy. We are absolutely pleased with her attention to detail and earns our consistent satisfaction. We are very fortunate to have hired Kelly after a number of disappointments with other companies. We highly recommend her cleaning services.

I have Kelly clean my house every 2 weeks. She does an amazing job! I love how experienced she is! She makes sure that everything gets done, but if she misses anything I communicate with her to let her know and she fixes it the next time she is there. She is very reasonable too! I feel that she doesn't over charge at all. I would highly recommend her cleaning!

They arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, got right to work and did an absolutely thorough job. All the work was performed to total perfection. They even did a few things I hadn't thought of asking them to do, which was very appreciated. My house is gleaming, and there were no negatives of any kind. I only have the highest compliments for their work.

I didn't realize the kitchen sink could be blindingly white again. Went great.

I hired Kleaning by Kelly to do some spring cleaning in my new place. The first thing they did when they arrived was to go over a list of what I wanted them to clean, then got right to work. They were fast and friendly, and did a better job than I had even expected. They stayed until I had inspected everything, and made sure there was nothing else I wanted cleaned before leaving. I will definitely be using them again.

It went very well. The 2 cleaners went through our list with us and then started in. The brought their own supplies, the only thing I provided was a vacuum (per their request). I am unsure if they have their own, but mine does the job. I received a text when the cleaning was done since I was not home and even was offered a monthly or 2 week cleaning rate that was just as good if not better than the angies list deal.

It was spotless and nice to come home to at the end of the day. They did a great job and went above and beyond. I would certainly hire this company again.

It went very well. Immediate response and scheduling was done. It was around Thanksgiving time and was happy to have been able to schedule a time so quickly. A great job.

They did an excellent job! Our home is quite large and we have 2 small children and 3 pets that shed.... I purchased 4 hours of cleaning and they were here for almost 5 because they wanted the job done RIGHT.... a very refreshing approach these days! I was very impressed and have scheduled them for monthly cleaning moving forward. I would highly recommend this company and I'm VERY picky.

They did a quality meticulous job of cleaning my bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and TV room. They delivered well on their advertised quality and workmanship. They communicated well and were flexible with my schedule. I would hire them again!

Kelly was great in setting up the appt and responsiveness. We discussed a price for a move-in cleaning. Because of boxes, etc, there were less rooms to clean but same price was charged. It just did not seem that clean. I work from home and never even noticed damp floors (expected from cleaning tile). I redid some dusting, cleaning behind pedestal sinks, and shower doors that were missed. I asked for cleaning around the appliances, which was only partially done. Then she said my central vac was insufficient for 1 level, without asking if I had other machines (Dyson was in Hallway when she came in). I was really hoping for a regular cleaning option. I hope this helps, since I really hate to be critical, but appreciate these types of reviews when I am looking.

I initially hired Kleaning by Kelly to do a deep cleaning of my house. She did such a good job, paying attention to areas that I seriously hadn't even noticed needed to be cleaned, that I have hired her to clean my house every other week. I feel as if she cleans the way she would clean her own house--but better. Much better than I clean my own house, for certain. She is nice to my dogs, and I always feel so much better coming home knowing she has been there.
