Description of Work: Larry V. was very nice and cooperative. Got their winter rate. They removed 2 trees, ground 2 stumps, removed chips and filled in with soil. I called them in Dec. 2013 (because another service never returned my calls), but due to Christmas holidays, snow and below 0 temps, they didn't get the trees removed until March, which is understandable. However, I had to call numerous times to get the stumps ground, again due to weather and cold. They did one in March and just finished the last one today, so this whole thing has been a 4 month effort. I had to make a lot of follow up calls. I had asked they haul away a small pile of sticks I've accumulated and even though it was agreed to, it was never done.
