They are a pretty good company. It is pretty expensive but they are in line with everybody else. It went okay. I was very pleased with the service guy that came out. They came out the first thing the next morning.

They arrived on time, were professional and helpful, and we were very pleased. They answered all our questions, and provided us with good information. Since its installation, both the furnace and the a.c. the product have performed beautifully. We are especially impressed at how quiet both units are. This year I had them out to put a new cap on our chimney and do a routine service of the a.c. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I would recommend CityWide very, very highly.

I would highly recommend City Wide Heating and Air Conditioning. They were very prompt in getting to us. Our furnace had died and that prompted our need for the new units. They got us our quote right there and I didn't have to wait. They would have been able to install the new unit the same day, but we wanted to discuss the purchase first. Once I made contact with them again they were able to install the units within 48 hours. Our new units cut our bills in half. They are the first company I call.

A man came promptly, was polite and professional, and had the problem fixed quickly without trying to sell me anything I didn't need.

I've used them for years. They put in a new furnace several years ago. I always use them when I need.

I called at 11:00am and they got here by 1:00. I knew a little bit about what was going on and so he tried a few things. He got the valve that releases gas to the heating element to open up and tried it a few times. He said there was no guarantee it wouldn't stop again but, furnace was running again and I chose not to have part replaced for now. If part acts up again I will replace it. The technician was professional, honest, didn't try to rip me off by trying to convince me to replace part. He left the choice up to me without pressure. Because of that, I will call them again.

It went very well. Appointment was scheduled for late in the day so I could meet the tech at home and not have to go back to work. Office called, said the tech would meet me in 20 min. and he was there waiting for me when I got home. Showed him where the furnace was, he went right to work, did not need any further direction. 45 minutes later, he said he was done, explained that he thought the burner had never been removed and therefor furnace had never been cleaned. Thought the unit was very seviceable, no need for any repairs. I loved that he did not try to sell me a new furnace or any other services. He explained that City Wide service line was answered 24 hours a day, thanked me for using the service and out he went.

Not very responsible during installation that led to several problems later.

We interviewed several companies. They were the most knowledgeable with the most years of experience. They were the most customer service oriented. Their workers did a good job and were always very careful not to track in mud. The worker that was assigned to oversee everything went through some problems with a family member being in the hospital and he was not easily accessible so it delayed our job 1 1/2 months once they got started. Their price was in line with all the others.

Estimator was prompt to come look at the job to bid it and provided bid w/in 2 business days. Once the bid was faxed back as accepted they 'droped the ball' because I had to call them 10 days later to confirm they wanted the work and to schedule the job. The Tech arrived 40 min late explaining they had had a shop meeting. Thereafter the tech stayed on the job until it was completed, even skipping lunch, The work was done as promised and the tech left the house as clean as when he came.

Called on Wed and the service tech arrived on Friday as planned. He inspected the furnace and asked questions about previous work done on the unit after discovering the problem. He corrected the problem and told me to call if there are any other problems. Billed me and I gladly wrote a check.

Rep came out and inspected our house and existing systems. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Explained the various options available and made recommendations. Left us with a detailed quote outlining exactly what equipment was quoted and all the work included in the quoted price. Installation team showed up right on time on the day scheduled. Introduced themselves and gave us the general outline of what the timeline and activity would be. They pulled the old units out first thing. Started setting the new units in place. Over their lunch break returned to their shop to fabricate the pieces needed to connect the new units to the existing duct work. Let us know as they were leaving for the day. They were back the next morning right on time and finished the job that morning. They were courteous, neat and professional the entire time. When the job was completed they showed me and my wife how to operate the controls as well as giving us the owners manual and a brief review of regular maintenance and operating guidelines. They presented the invoice when the job was completed and it exactly matched the quote. 2 days later received the forms necessary to file for a rebate from my utility company. The forms were mostly completed. All I had to do was fill in the address where I wanted the check sent and sign the form. Our cooling bill was much lower than last year even though this summer was warmer than last year. We haven't used the furnace yet.

After a few days of waiting, I called City Wide to see if they had an estimate. We set up a date for installation. The techs arrived on time, did their work on the schedule promised and cleaned up afterward. They left no mess whatsoever. I got exactly what I needed -- nothing more, nothing less. The AC works fine -- no more drips.

Very punctual, price was in the right range and the service was able to be scheduled the week after the quote was completed. Work took 1 1/2 days due to everything we had to have done with the gas lines and plumbing but it was well worth it and they worked nonstop the whole time they were here.

Our installation was completed by Doug and Justin, who we felt VERY comfortable working in our home. They are professional, and involved us in the whole process of the installation. They kept the work area clean and cleared of any debris. Doug and Justin answered all our questions quickly, with easy to understand explainations. We wanted the new system moved from its original location, for a more efficient system, and Doug and Justin were so very helpful in explaining our best options. We would not hesitate in recommending City Wide to anyone who is interested in a new, higher efficiency Heating and Cooling system for their home.

They were fairly prompt. They did a pretty good job. I would rate them pretty highly.
