Description of Work: They replaced the blower fan on the furnace. They were really good. I called them on a Monday morning and they came out within a few hours.

Description of Work: They replaced the furnace and air conditioner with high efficiency units. They also did the certification for a rebate from MidAmerican Energy. The humidifier they installed did not work at first but it was fixed on the first call.

Description of Work: We were having trouble with the furnace kicking on then immediately turning off, then coming back on again. This happened for,about a week or so. On the morning I called CityWide, the furnace was turning on and off 2 or 3 times before finally staying on, but then only running for 5 minutes. I called CW and explained the problem and they told me what they thought it might be and said they'd try to get someone out the same day. The repairman called 30 minutes later and was here within 15 minutes. He checked everything over very thoroughly, determined it was just and extremely dirty filter, which he replaced with one we had in the basement, double,checked a few other things to make sure everything was running okay and that was that - he didn't manufacture some big problem or try to sell me a maintenance plan or scare me with talk of how old our furnace is. In fact, he told me it was I excellent shape despite how old it is. I felt like they were honest and thorough and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
