There is no pressure to work with them after that. However, they were so helpful at the beginning that we decided to go with them. Through the whole process, they keep up to date with weekly e-mail and phone calls. We knew where we were with the paperwork, underwriting and what is needed. It was such a relief to know they were taking care of everything so we could enjoy the process and not have any surprises at closing. They were so nice and helpful with every question we had. I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home, but especially for first home buys.

There were no surprises, the process was simple, they dumbed-down the lingo so I understood everything, and the purchase went off without a hitch. Five years later, I came to him again for a new home build needing options and guidance, and the experience was as easy as ever. If you want to get approved for a home you can't afford, get lost in mortgage lingo, and have zero support throughout the purchase and post-purchase, The Tyler Osby Team is not for you.
