Tyler and his team have been phenomenal through the whole process. they have been clear and quick with responses. they laid everything out from day one as far as what the road to getting a home would entail so there was no confusion at all. Things were SO smooth that i never actually met anyone face to face to this day, but never felt less than confident in what was going on. i almost want to buy another house just to go through it again, because instead of the stress and headache i expected, this was actually a very enjoyable experience all around. A++, would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! you cant go wrong

Amazing. Made it easy from the first step. Talked us through everything. Communication was fantastic when it came to them needing something from us. If we had a problem they would respond to emails fast and help us through everything.

Tyler and his team were excellent to work with. Not exactly on-slogan, in our case, but they were a thorough, and knowledgeable mortgage team, very responsive and willing to help with any and all questions. My only complaint might be the number of reminders we received by email to leave reviews, as early as before closing day, more on closing day before the paperwork had been signed, and repeatedly afterward. Amidst travel for our move, unpacking, and settling in, I would have been content to be reminded less often. But I realize that is an important part of how they gather clients to also do good work for!

Very unprofessional. Over one week and still not able to give a pre-qualification letter. Was given multiple excuses, but far from any results. We were recommended to this lender by our realtor and wound up not using this company and working with someone that could provide the results we would expect from our lender. This owner needs to learn how to get himself out of the way, and that it is not about him. May have 17 years in the mortgage business but still has a lot to learn.

The whole experience was great! Moving to a new state with a new job and a not so great credit score, I was having trouble getting approved for a mortgage and Tyler was able to get me approved within a couple of days! Then when the sale of my house in another state fell through, Tyler and his team stayed in contact with me every week for 5 months! I love my new home and the whole team made a stressful situation so much easier for me!
