+ -1 moreWent very well, I was able to describe the issue on the first phone call. The guy who did the first inspection was very knowedgeable having been in the business for quite some time. The exterminator came a few days later and was very professional and did all of the procedures that we had discussed. I plan on having the same procedures done in the fall.
Description of Work: Infestation of hard to get rid of ants! Preferred Pest Control sent out a very good inspector who put togehter a proposal for the entire house. Within a few days they were able to come out and dust the attic, treat the area of infestation, the entire inside of the house as well as the outside. Tehy even knocked down a wasp nest and found evidnece of mice under the deck. They set bug traps in the garage and within a few days the bugs were gone. Very professional group.
