It went very well, he found two places on the outside that we're probably the back entrances. He block those with a one-way device waited two weeks remove the devices and check the attic. I feel pretty sure That the bats are gone. It is nice to have a three-year warranty also.

This service was the initial treatment. Jon was on time. He was very friendly and respectful. He got right to work. He sprayed inside and out. Plus removed spider webs. We're very pleased.

Came twice to treat initially. Now on quarterly rotation. Too soon to tell if ants finally gone. We were told very hard to eradicate. So will wait and see.

It was $176 because we had spiders and stuff. I think it was a onetime thing to start with. Everything was good. The technician was really nice. I think we are going to switch over to them. Our other pest guy just isn’t working for us anymore.

They come out four times a year to spray for bugs around my home. Before they were coming out we had a problem with wolf spiders and ants coming into the home and wasp nests around the home. Since they have come out we have had no ants this summer in our home and no wolf spiders this fall so far. All the wasps nests are taken care of as well. They get rid of all spider webs around the home and spray around the home 3 times during the spring-fall, then do a one time spray indoors during the winter. We are super pleased with how fast they came out and that we do not have to call to set up appointments four times a year. We also love not dealing with spiders, ants, and wasps.

Jim did great. He was very responsive on the phone and got back to me asap. Very flexible when scheduling the appointment, And provided feedback when I called back for a follow up (service was performed while we weren't home). Also, when I mentioned that we were hoping to have the spider webs knocked off the windows and house, Jim was super eager to come back and take care of that, even though it technically wasn't part of the service we contracted. Would definitely use them again (although, hoping we won't have to!)

I used Preferred Pest last year to rid bats that wanted to come inside our home. After getting the bat out, he inspected the outside as well as the attic and inside of the house. Our home is over 110 yr. old so finding a way in would be easy. After patching holes and inserting a "vent for exit" we were bat free. About 2 weeks ago, another bat found his way in and Brad came out to see where it came in. (our son removed the bat) Anyway, after re-checking the soffits and facia (?) all appeared okay. He then went up on the roof and found missing cement from around the top of the chimney. We had some work done earlier on the chimney area. Brad took pictures to show me the problem then applied wire mesh and cement to close the opening around the furnace vent pipe. I trust this company and Brad Smith. I feel he was very detailed in his work and trustworthy .

Yellow jackets moved into a planter on our front porch and stung anyone entering or exiting through the front door. Jim came out and within minutes our front porch was safe again.

There was an issue with roaches in a current apartment. Brian came out for a free inspection. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. Since the person who lived in the apartment was going to move, he wanted to know what to do so he wouldn't take roaches with him to the new apartment. Spraying was not an option, since the whole apartment complex had roaches and would have to be sprayed to be effective, but Brian gave a lot of ideas of what to do and not to do for the move. He was very helpful and informative. I would definitely hire this company and highly recommend them. I was very impressed.

Brian arrived punctually and sat with me briefly explaining what the inspection would look like. I walked the basement and perimeter of the house with him while he educated me about how to spot evidence of pests. I was interested to learn that we could have called them for help with critters in the past (several opossums and a bat). Brian was professional, courteous. I was reassured we had no evidence of termites. I assured him that should have signs in the future, we would definitely call Preferred Pest

So far, so good! We back to woods and a ravine so our property is very shaded/moist - the perfect habitat for bugs. Lots of wasp nests and spiders webs were removed. Very thorough process.

I don't actually have any issues about insects but when I see something they come out immediately; they were very efficient, they let me know when they are coming and they show up when they said they will; the people they send out are very knowledgeable and friendly, they don't have any issue as far as personality or anything like that, they ask questions if there's anything else to be done; they do their service in the right way as far as costumer service counts and I will recommend them if somebody asked me about it.

Everything went well. They are a good company. They came on time and they did a good job. I think their pricing was fair. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

We have had good luck with this company in both instances. They come annually and we have been using them for three years.

I have a bill from them for $111 that I have not yet paid. I have used them in the past. They are very good about notifying me of anything that they see. They are always very polite and professional. I had a major carpenter ant invasion two years ago and they totally took care of that with one visit. So, I kept using them three times a year. I definitely will use them again in the future.
