He never called me back-NOTHING Angies List was working at first, but at this time - It is not achieving the referrals I had hoped, I can't even get a call returned to start work let alone do it.

They were one of the few bidders who were prompt in their estimates & contacts. They were not the low bid but had an opening in their schedule so that was worth a couple hundred dollars more. Great work & exactly what we called for.

Arrived promptly for the estimate. Asked good questions and offered suggestions. Estimate was provided promptly and the bid was fair (not the lowest; not the highest). Chose Paragon because they seemed to meet the balance of knowing what the heck they were doing while not charging an arm and a leg for the job. Since they are basically a crew of 2 guys, it took a little while for them to get me scheduled for the job. However, once they got started they were very efficient and completed in just a few days. I really enjoyed visiting with them as they were doing the job. They clearly enjoy their work and know what they are doing. They left the job site clean and its now nearly a year later and everything still looks great! I'd definitely hire these guys again.

This is the second time we've used Paragon Concrete. This second experience was as good as the first. We will definitely be using this company for all our future concrete needs.

First of all these guys are a breath of fresh air, Very professional,l very friendly, could tell they did enjoy they work they do. I e-mailed them a request for a estimate and they called me that day and came over in 2 days, I recieved an e-mailed estimate that same day. Started the job in about a week, I was very flexible to them starting the job when ever they could and possibly have to leave it for a day or so in the process. I could tell they liked that I was trying to be flexible to their schedule as this was a small job for them and were trying to fit it in before my Daughters Birthday( Thanks Again Guys!) Just a really nice experience over all. Do not hesitate to hire Paragon Concrete!

They made a detailed estimate, answered all my questions, and gave a start/finish time. I was impressed with their skill at running a company in all aspects. They followed a schedule, communicated, were efficient, kept a tidy work site, and gave me a beautiful patio. They did everything they said they would. I consider them to be artisans, a cut above most concrete companies. I am so pleased i found them on Angie's List.

For us, it was a pleasant experience dealing with contractors, for a change. Usually, we have call-backs to tweak a job that should have been done correctly the first time around. No call-backs on this job! Jared, Troy, and crew did exactly what they described and bid for us. These two young men are very professional and really enjoy the work that they do and the services they supply.

When I had decided to get the work done I received several estimates. The process was then to find out about the who would be doing the work. Paragon Concrete's estimate was very competitive, and from what I read about their company, I decided to go with Paragon to get the work done. The first point that I had noticed was that when I contacted Paragon about getting an estimate, their response was timely, I did not have to wait to be gotten around too. When the appointment had been made for Troy to look at the job, he was there when he had said he would be. Our initial talk went well, Troy took the measurement that he needed, and told me when I could expect the estimate. Again, the estimate was in my e-mail when he had told me it would be. The professionalism that was display through this process would continue through the whole job. There was the issue of getting permits for the job, and I had expected to be doing this. When I talked to Troy he said that he would take care of that. Since I have never had to deal with getting permits before; I was pleased that Troy took care of it rather than having to learn the process as I worked through it. Since the work was being done in early March the weather had to be considered when planning on when the work would be done. Troy gave me two starting dates. As it turned out this March weather wasn't a problem, and Troy and Jared Started the job when they had said they would. The job took three an a half days just a was expected. That was a real point for me, I did not want the job to stretch out for several weeks. Troy and Jared had the work done when they said they would have it done. The cost was what Troy had estimated it would be. This is considering that there were a couple small glitches that Troy and Jared had to work out in the process. The quality of the work was all that I could have asked for. The work was done in thoroughly, and completed with a excellent finish. The professionalism of both Troy and Jared deserves to be commented on. The only experience that I have in working with concrete happen years ago as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Even with my limited experience Troy and Jared were respectful towards me and what I wanted done. It was a pleasure working with them. In summation, I will say that I had a bit of concern when I started the process of find someone to do this work. Now I can say that all has went as well as I could have wanted. I found them while looking online and their website was really great as it had photos of work they've done. I called for an estimate and they were very professional when they came to the house to look over the area. They really listened and I could tell they knew what they were talking about. They were very prompt in getting us an estimate along with availability. We had some questions and they always responded very quickly. They tore up a whole concrete parking pad, leveled out the yard and put in a stamped concrete patio all within a few days. Everything was very clean and they were very efficient. Their cost was competitive to what we saw from others, but their professionalism and know-how is what definitely put them over the top. They were also the ones doing all the work, so I trusted them to know exactly how we wanted it from our discussions. We would recommend them to anyone for concrete needs. They will be the only one on our list for future concrete projects.
