They came promptly to get information for the estimate. Never sent the estimate or returned my calls.

He has helpful ideas on what would look good and was very timely on when they said they would be done. The steps look great and we couldn't be happier!

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Paragon and would highly recommend them to anyone considering flatwork or tear outs. The price was very reasonable.

I highly recommend Paragon Concrete for any concrete work needed. Very fair price and the quality of work and attention to details is excellent. I had a portion of my driveway replaced along with the area in front of the front steps to my house. They were able to pour the concrete in a way that channels the water away from my house. They were also very fast once the job was started. The guys were all friendly and knowledgable as well.

Troy and Jared were excellent to work with. They poured a 24' x 24' garage slab and new approach. They also tore out 60' of existing driveway and a 25' sidewalk and replaced them with new concrete. The job was completed on time and was what they quoted me. They did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!!

An 'a' rating? What a joke. It seems strange that a company with so many comments about unreturned emails and no contact can garner an A rating. I've been patiently waiting for a response to an email requesting an appointment for a quote for 4 days now. Should have known better than to waste my time.

Excellent. We were impressed with the care taken to layout and install forms with a minimum disturbance to the existing brick patio. When the concrete was completed the disturbed portions of the patio were re-installed with a minimum amount of brick cutting. Troy and Jared asked frequent questions to insure that we were on the same page at all times. You could see that they care about the quality of their work.

I called Troy to get an estimate and he came over the next day. They started the work quickly as there was a nice break in the weather. They showed up promptly, layed out thermal blankets to warm up the area as it was partially frozen. In a couple days they dug the footings, poured the concrete and recovered them. A week later, there was another break in the weather so they contacted me and came back to spread the rock. They cleaned up well and did what they said they would.

His voice mail said he was booked, but he still could have returned my call.

I spoke with Jared for a quote over the phone on 4/7/14. He advised he would email me my quote. I followed up with him on 4/17, he did reply the next day to advised I would get my quote that night, but it never came. Due to his lack of response and follow up, we will not be calling him again in the future.

Very well, Troy and Jared were up front and professional. They did a very good job ! I would highly recommend them to anyone !

I got 5 quotes for my concrete work. Not only was Paragon very reasonably priced they were very responsive and professional. I was able to do most of my communication via email, which I appreciated. I had everything in writing. I'll start with the only negative. These guys are so busy I could not get on their schedule until September even though I got the quote in May. However, Troy sent me regular updates through the summer to let me know where I was on the schedule so I knew from day one, and every step of the way, what to expect. We met before construction started to go over some details and they made suggestions for improving the final result. They also asked questions during the job to make sure we were on the same page. They showed up on the Monday they said they would show up at exactly the time they told me. The job was expected to take 5 days and finish up on Friday. They fought rain all week and worked on Saturday and Sunday to complete the job. I know they had a job scheduled for the following Monday and were not going to let that slip. Even with the rain the job site was always as neat as possible and was cleaned up, covered and made safe every night. They made sure the expansion joints were frequent enough (as well as the crushed rock base and rebar) to prevent the problems I'd had before with cracking and settling. The concrete looks incredible. There was some minor damage to the irrigation system and some trim on the siding that needed to be replaced and they took care of both the day after they removed the forms. They backfilled along the edges and put down some grass seed in the bare spots. Overall I could not be happier. I already provided their contact info to the maintenance people where I work because they have some concrete that needs to be replaced.

Troy and Jared are very professional. They are the owners and completed the project themselves. They gave us a start date and due to the good weather this summer, they were able to move up our project date. They were prompt, on time, and did a great job. They completed the job in a timely manner. They kept the work site clean. They explained how and why they were installing the concrete in a different manner, because the original work was completed improperly by the builder. They kept in communication with us throughout the project and were easy to talk to. They answered emails promptly prior to and during the start of the project. I would recommend them for any concrete project without hesitation.

Called them over phone said they don't do small jobs, gave me another name to call.

Contacted them on June 1 and it took them 6 days to respond to message. Then they had to tell us they were not accepting any more jobs for the current season. I don't know how to grade them. They didn't do any work for us. They were polite. We just didn't know we had to plan a year ahead to have a driveway poured.

Paragon concrete was a pleasure to work with to replace both our driveway and patio areas. From the start Troy and Jared were prompt when communicating and in arriving to discuss the initial project plan and take measurements, always taking the time to carefully answer any questions I had. Initially our discussion was to replace the driveway only, however we later expanded the project scope to include the patio, and this did not present any problems due to the advanced notice. Our driveway project was somewhat unique in that we significantly reduced the grade from the existing to the new. This reduction in grade required hauling out approximately 50 tons of dirt by them which was more than anticipated, but again this did not pose any issues to the project being completed. Once the project was underway the work was done diligently and the work area was kept as neat as possible. Care was taken to minimize wear and tear to the yard during the project. Troy and Jared were in contact with me each day, either in person or by phone to let me know where the progress stood, to answer any questions, and to make me aware of any potential delays due to rain in the forecast. The end result of both the patio and the driveway were excellent. Overall Paragon Concrete exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for any kind of concrete work. They do solid, high-quality work, and possess the integrity you would expect from any company that does work on your home.

Paragon Concrete was contracted directly to put in a large 40 ft X 30 ft patio. Being the best in town they are swamped for several months, but have several subcontracting teams took on my job immediately. The subcontractor that Troy assigned to my job had over 20 years of experience and his team was top notch! Being a concrete man myself back in the day, I was very detailed about how I wanted the concrete poured and the exact specifications. I want to let you know that Troy paid attention to every single detail that I wanted, and addressed all of my concerns. He ov Great communication skills and if Troy is busy he calls you right back if you have a concern. I really don't think you will ever find a better concrete service in town. We ran several quotes and they came in very competitively, slightly lower then the competition. 100% satisfied and I wouldn't hesistate to use them in the future, expecially if I have a large project that needs to be tacked.... A+++ guys, I really thought quality concrete was a thing of the past.

I called for an estimate and left a message with my name, address, return phone number and details of what I was looking for and I never heard back. I had suggested in my message to stop by my house and then contact me with the estimate so I didn't call back right away. I had other contractors provide estimates and still no contact from Paragon so I decided that they just didn't want my business.

Initial start date was set back due to cold weather, as soon as temperatures rose and rain subsided work began and was completed as promised. Full payment was requested after completion and final cost was the same as initial estimate.

Troy was very responsive to my initial contact and continued throughout the project. He and Jared were a real pleasure to work with! They did excellent work that exceeded my excpectations. Troy scheduled the estimate right away that day and arrived on time. He was very essy to talk with and made me feel comfortable with his expertise. He provided several good ideas regarding the front stoop and sidewalk. We were slso able to check out other projects they completed from their website. Troy provided the estimate within a couple of days and his prices were reasonable and comparable with other estimates we received. We decided to go with Paragon concrete becausethey were able to do the stamped concrete and they were so easy to work with. Since this project was included in our Neighbothood Finance Corporstion loan it took several months for us to be ready to begin work. Troy was very understanding of the situation and put us on their calendar for mid September. We had to postpone the start date a few times because we needed other contractors to finish work on the chimney and roof before tackling the driveway. By the time we were ready for them, they were able to schedule us right away. Troy and Jared did a great job on the driveway and front stoop. They arrived on time, were considerate of our needs, and did top quality work. They kept us informed of their plans and kept on schedule. They were a pleasure to work with as I put in some drain pipe for the gutters and needed to run it under the sidewalk. We are very pleased with how the driveway looks and functions. The front stoop and sidewalk is beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased with Paragon Concrete!

Sight unseen, was told my job was too small and referred to a secondary, smaller, contractor that was not a member of Angie's list. Why not list that info in your ad.

This is the second time we have hired Paragon Concrete to do some concrete work at our house. Jared and Troy do a great job.They are very conscientious and hard working and we highly recommend their services. We already have them scheduled next year for our driveway replacement and new front porch and sidewalk.

Jared and Troy are very professional. They are honest, courteous and professional. We discussed various options on how to pour the steps, they explained the different options thoroughly and gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. This concrete was added to existing concrete and they did a great job of making the concrete "match" and kept the borders the same. They were able to move up the install date when there was an opening in their calendar. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!
