He is a registered Master Plumber and was quick install the new faucet and resolve the under sink problems. He was nice to deal with and wastedd no time at my house. I would definitely have him back for any additional work that I would need.

Jason answered our phone call quickly and scheduled the service within a couple days. However he was late for our service day and did not call to update us. My husband called Jason after he was 2 hours late to find out he was running behind. When he did show up,friday, he gave us an estimate and scheduled the repair for Monday. On Monday he did the repairs but not exactly like my husband wanted. But it did work out for our remodel. My husband thought Jason was over priced on the materials, but fair on his labor prices.

Jason arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, replaced leaky parts under the sink after clearing the clog and 2 weeks later the sink is still draining properly. As a bonus to a job well done he was also very nice and kid friendly! Will definitely be using his services again if the situation comes up.

I had a water leak appearing on the finished ceiling in the basement, whic h was directly above the master bathroom shower. Jason was able to remove a small portion of the drywall ceiling to see where the leak was originating. It appeared it was leaking down from opening in the floor where the vent pipe went up behind the shower wall. He determined it was due to failing grout and caulk in and around the shower. I had a new shower door installed and repaired the grout and caulk. After the repairs, the water is still leaking. | |While Jason was prompt to address the problem, unfortunately it was the wrong diagnosis. I may use Jason again, but for something more straight forward.

Called Jason after my pipe ruptured and he said he could come over within a couple hours. He was very prompt, professional,courteous, and personable. He had to cut into my ceiling to access the pipe...he cleaned up any debris..even put it in my trash can on the curb and put it back behind my house. He offered information on how to prevent further problems. I plan to have him come back in the spring to repair an outdoor faucet.

Jason was very personable. I told him that we were going to redo the whole bathroom in the near future, so we didn't want to spend a lot of money at this time. He said that he could fix the leak and reuse the fixture that was currently there. He was fast and efficient. The whole process went well.

I had used Jason once before on replacing the drain piping on the kitchen sink down into the basement, he charged me $200 when a previous plumbing contractor charged me $70 for the estimate and then estimated the job at $600. Jason is great and the guy to hire for a professional job at a fair price. This time I had a leaky stool that rocked and needed the wax ring seal replaced. I had done the original work and it had lasted for two or three years, Jason came out, diagnosed the problem after inspection, pulled the stool himself, replaced my one wax ring with two wax rings and reinstalled the stool and shimmed it so there was no rocking motion. Considering that he was here an hour and supplied two wax rings and only charged me $100 I consider that a bargain. Jason is very personable and professional and honest with reasonable prices.

Jason is a very professional and easy going guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Jason was very friendly, professional, quick to respond, repaired issue. I am still waiting for bill but I would estimate a very reasonable rate per other reviews. I would strongly recommend him and I will use him for other plumbing issues.

He was able to fit me in between scheduled jobs on 2 day notice. He arrived on time, completed the work with utmost professionalism. He had the part required for the toilet and used the shut off valve I had purchased.

Very punctual and personable. Jason listened to what I needed done, went to get the needed parts, came back and made repairs very rapidly. He told me what he was going to do, then showed me what he did afterwards. Seemed very pleased to have my business. This was a very simple repair and I felt the service was priced accordingly. I am in the process of selling my home. During the inspection a minor interior gas leak was found. As you can imagine I wanted it fixed immediately. I called a couple of companies but they wanted me to either call mid american who would not fix it or they wanted me to wait plus charged high rates and a trip charge. I called Jason and he said he would be here in an hour plus no trip charge and a reasonable rate. He was on time and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend him.

Jason arrived at promised time. Work was done efficiently and very well, and cleanup afterwards was well done. Charges were very reasonable. I would recommend his service to others.

Jason did a great job. He was quick and efficient and very pleasant. Our master bathroom toilet was leaking from the base/wax ring and the main bathroom toilet started to leak from a tank bolt. My husband googled how to fix a leaking toilet and then went out a bought the wax rings. I found Jason on Angie's and called to see what he charged and if he had any availability. I scheduled the appointment with Jason for both leaks. My husband attempted to change the wax ring in the meantime. He figured that if he messed it up we still had an appointment with the plumber. After his repair work it looked like he had fixed it (hooray since it was his first time). The next morning he woke me and said that his repair job didn't work and the toilet was leaking again. Jason arrived on time and we told him what had happened and had been done. He went to work right away in the main bathroom. I told him that the toilet would rock forward when you would sit down and asked him to check it out. He replaced the 'O' rings/bolts to the tank and installed a wedge to keep the toilet from rocking. Afterward he moved to the master bathroom and checked to see where the leak was coming from. He determined that it was not coming from the wax ring but from the tank bolts(s) as well. He changed out the 'O' ring(s) and now there is no more water leaks. He told me that sometimes just a small amount of water will trickle down the back of the toilet and get under the base where it then starts to come out making you think the wax ring has gone bad. This was good to know. Now we have two working NON-LEAKING toilets :) . We'll definitely be using Jason again when we have any other plumbing needs and if anyone needs a plumber we recommend calling him.

Jason replaced "O" rings in our kitchen faucet. Well done and quickly on a Saturday. Then ,0n 10/8 he was able to help my Grandson make repairs to a leaking shower. Jason found time to help him out even though he is very busy and getting ready to go on vacation. What a great way to service customers. We need more business operationg like this.

He is first class. I like the guy personally. He has done a lot of work for us and we have always been pleased. I find him trustworthy and can leave him in our house, no problems.

my toilet was leaking big time. he replace all the workings inside it. replaced the bathroom faucet and drain line.

We've had Jason come to our home to do a few fix-it jobs (installing a dishwasher, installing a toilet, rerouting plumbing in our basement, etc.) and at each visit he has been amazing. Kind, patient, professional, and an all-around-great guy! He knows his craft and we consider him our go-to person for any home-related issues. I highly recommend his services!

He came out and diagnosed the problem right away. The toilets needed to be tightened. He was punctual and came the day after we called. He replaced the seals for the toilets. He did not take advantage of us at all and answered all of our questions about possible future work. We were very pleased with his work.

I left a detailed message for the plumbing work that I needed done as a result of a kitchen & bathroom remodel. I never received a call back.

Made an appointment for Jason to replace two faucets. At the last minute I had him do a third using a ball type faucet I had purchased at a local hardware company because I couldn't get the old faucet off. Jason was on time for the appointment, didn't complain about my last minute addition, quickly sized up what needed to be done, made good suggestions on my request and was finished within an hour! Everything works properly, no leaks and I'd use Jason again! Highly recommend him.

It was quite a bit of work and he did all that basically in a day while another company wanted to do it for two to three days. So, his price was a lot cheaper and he did a great job. We did not have any problems with him. We liked the fact that he got it done in a day versus in multiple days for a fraction of the price that the other company quoted. He was also a really personable and nice guy. I have already recommended him to other people.

My sump pump failed on a Sunday afternoon. I called Jason and came right over. As usual, he was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. I am so grateful that he dropped everything on a Sunday afternoon to take care of this emergency!
