Jason Young Plumbing

Jason came out and installed a new sump pump after ours had failed (on a Saturday!) and our basement has flooded. He rearranged his schedule to help us out. He was very personable and professional; his prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use his services again, and we have recommended him to others.

Called him on Friday night and he said he would be there at 9:30 AM Saturday morning. He arrived on time, got right to work and had resolved my issue within 15 minutes. he was very pleasant to deal with.

I called Jason a week ago and he answered immediately and was very accessible. I scheduled him to come out at 9:00 am this morning...and he arrived right on time. He installed an Insinkerator Evolution Excel garbage disposal (which I purchased on Amazon) in our kitchen sink. It took him approx. 30 minutes to install and he was very professional. I will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Mr Young was very quick to reply to my emails. It took him a week to get here but it wasn't an emergency so that was OK. He gave me a VERY ballpark estimate to fix what I thought was wrong. He called when he was about 10 minutes out. He said I didn't need to replace my shower, I just needed a simple adjustment, "NO CHARGE". I couldn't believe it!! Not even a service charge! What a guy!!

Very well. We have used Jason before and will do so again. He is responsive, thorough, and reliable.

Both great experiences. Quick service. Sometimes repairmen make repairs seem like Armageddon is about to occur but Jason was easy going and made his repairs sound simple and sure.

I had tried to replace the innerds of the shower handle and had twisted the copper pipes. Jason gave me an estimate, provided the service quickly and at estimate. He's always been available within a reasonable timeframe, is on time, quick, clean and professional. He's my go-to plumber for everything.

Jason gave estimate and timeline by phone. Arrived on time and did exactly what he said. No surprises and no issues. He cleaned up after he was done and took all excess with him. Would certainly recommend him and would call again.

Instillation was fine except for the overflow line and the drain line. These are two separate lines that need to run to the floor drain. The plumber hooked both line together as one line to the drain. As a result as the drain line flushed out the salt water it built up a back pressure that caused water to back up the overflow line into the softener. I thought the softener was defective and called Sears, which took two weeks to get them out. Ordered parts which took two to three more weeks, then service man found out that was incorrect part and then re-ordered part three more weeks. When part arrived the first service man needed a second service person the help him. The second service man notice the problem right away that the softener needed two separate lines to the floor drain. I assumed that Jason knew how to install this and I assumed wrong. Can't say that I blame him for all my troubles but I just can't say I would call him again.

Performed work well and I am happy with the result.

Jason arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He also gave us some ideas for a problem we were having in another bathroom. I was very pleased with the work Jason did and will call him again for our next project.

I contacted the owner via Angie's List to get an estimate for a rough-in and finish trim for my basement. He responded in a timely manner the first time via a phone call and had me text him my information because he could not take my information. We had discussed the possibility that he would try to make it out the Tuesday right after Labor Day around 4:15/30 in the afternoon and if that wasn't going to work, to contact me. Never showed up or called to reschedule a different time and haven't heard from since. I'm grading a C, because I didn't have enough experience with him to give him a better or worse grade, so I landed in the middle.

We were preparing for a large dinner party on a Saturday night. As we were getting ready with a few last things, water started dripping out of a light fixture in the ceiling. Jason came to our house in less than 30 minutes of being called. The leak had travelled along floor joists from upstairs and was very hard to locate. Just having someone come and fix the leak quickly and get us back to normal was huge. He also set us up with someone to help repair the sheet rock.

Perfect. Jason drove to a local hardware store to pick up the piece we needed for the leaky sink, fixed it, showed me what he was doing and why. Same with the poorly draining bathroom sink. He also showed me how to fix it myself in the future! I had some other plumbing issues I wanted evaluated and he provided good sound advice. Highly recommend.

He installed it quickly and, as usual, was very professional and helpful. The model he installed was much better than what I had and gave me confidence that it could withstand a similar heavy rain. The fact that he was so responsive on a busy day was very impressive, and I really appreciated and valued the service he provided.

He performed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the job site very well. He explained what he was going to do before he started and then went through it again after the job was complete. Still no leaks two weeks later :) The price was much more reasonable than the quote from another local company. I think he's the friendliest plumber I've ever met. We would use him again.

Jason came out to quote job. He said that he would provide quote the next day, but never received it.

My kitchen faucet handle had come loose from the counter causing it to move on the counter as well as drip water. I called and left a message. I received a return call in approximately an hour. Lucky me, he was not too far from my residence and was able to fit me in that day. Although a fairly simple faucet fix in theory, it needed the expertise of someone professional, which Jason was. He was very fair as well. I would use him again based on this visit.

Believe it or not, we had a squirrel get stuck and die in our system.He was very friendly and took care of everything and we havent had a problem since.

It was a very good recommendation AM PM Plumbing. He came in a few hours, made the necessary repairs inside the wall, and charged our friend a very reasonable rate. We would use either service in the future

I called Jason while in the process of remodeling the basement and after discovering that one of our copper water lines ran below the floor joists, interfering with our plans to install a sheetrock ceiling. I called Jason with the intention that the work we would need to do would involve drilling holes for new water line through the joists to relocate and reroute it, however Jason had a more cost effective suggestion involving a minor relocation of an existing bulkhead to leave the water line where it was which i agreed made more sense given cost constraints. In the end Jason never charged for the visit and even provided some additional hangers for me to use free of charge. I will be contacting him in the future for any plumbing needs based on this initial visit.

Never received a quote and went with a different contractor.

Far smoother and quicker to accomplish the repair than I dared hope. It will be a bit before the water damaged areas dry out and can be repaired but that can all be fixed.
