We had an emergency issue arise late at night. We called our usual company that we rely on, they never showed up. I looked on Angies list and found Jason and called him first thing in the morning. He came out that day and quickly repaired the problem. He was extremely pleasant, polite, honest and cleaned up everything when he was done. The most impressive thing he did for us came later when we had yet another emergency situation occur. I immediately called Jason but unfortunately he was away on vacation. He hung up with me and immediately called and arranged for another company to come out and assist us. They were there that afternoon and the job was done. I have already passed on Jason's number to many family and friends. We were more than pleased with his service.

He did the job and did it in an efficient time. I was very satisfied with the work and he was knowledgeable. I was overall very satisfied.

Jason was great from start to finish. He communicated and made suggestions that saved us money. He worked well with our homeowner. He was timely and courteous in all of our dealings. He even knew of a city rebate program that we were not aware of and submitted all the paper work for us to get the rebate and reduce the cost of the job. We worked with Jason two time zones away and he never gave us one ounce of concern. He is the best.

I call. He anwers or promptly returns my call. Arrives on time. Fixes the problem. And charges fairly and explains in detail what the problem was. Jason is also energetic, and a pleasure to be around.

He was courteous and did a great job, even working late evening hours to get my problems fixed.

Jason was very prompt, friendly and professional. He was also exceptionally conscientious about being clean and tidy. While working on the clogged drain, Jason had a problem come up that necessitated that he cut a hole in the back of the kitchen cabinet, and re-route the plumbing. He patched the hole for me when I told him that we were not handy people for those kinds of tasks (I didn't know whether to expect this from a plumbing guy, or not, so I was appreciative). He cleaned up his mess and even replaced the items back under the sink! He gave me some of the "rules" about what not to put down the disposal. Then he explained his billing and the guarantee on each thing he did (which varied: the unclog = 30 days, the new pipes were longer . . . don't have that in front of me as I write this.). He was a talkative gent, and I liked him.

I was referred to Jason by a good friend who has had him do plumbing work in the past. He is a certified Master Plumber, and is very professional and personable. I called on a Tuesday afternoon, and was told he could come out to take a look at things and write up an estimate the next day. He arrived slightly before the scheduled time, but gave me a call to let me know he was running early to make sure I'd be home. After taking a look, he gave me an estimate of the cost of the work, which was very agreeable to me. The work I had requested was installing sewer backwater or back flow prevention valves. These valves are used to prevent sewage from coming into your home via the floor drain and or bathroom fixtures in your basement. After having problems with raw sewage filling our partially finished basement in 2008 and again in 2010, we knew it was worth getting them installed. Jason determined the best locations for installing the valves, checked with the city plumbing inspection office to determine if we could use a single valve on our main sewer line, or if we'd need separate valves for the bathroom and floor drain in the laundry room. When it turned out that we would need two, Jason gave me a call immediately after speaking with the city to let me know that because we'd need to install two valves, the price would be slightly higher than was originally discussed. Once I agreed to the higher cost, he applied for and received a city plumbing permit, and we scheduled the work to be started later that week. On the day the work was to start, he showed up on time and broke out the concrete around the sewer lines. He put all of the broken concrete in buckets on a tarp to avoid making a mess, and hauled it out as the buckets filled up. He installed the two valves, and then filled the holes up with gravel and cleaned up after himself very well. If there hadn't been a hole in the floor and a 6 inch PVC pipe sticking up to allow access to the valves, you'd never know he was there. We were slightly at the mercy of the city inspector's schedule for continuing from that point, but Jason scheduled the inspection and let me know when we could expect it to take place. Inspection went without a hitch, and immediately after the inspector was finished, Jason started mixing the concrete to close up the holes. The previous plumbing work that was done to add a bathroom to the basement before we moved in required breaking concrete as well, but the replacement concrete was poorly installed. Jason's concrete work was top notch, and the area he replaced is very smooth like the rest of the floor, not rough like the previous work. I was happy about that! Once the concrete had cured for 24 hours, he came back to cut off the extra PVC pipe for access to the valve, and add the caps. He brought a written receipt for the work performed, and helped me fill out the paper work for the city subsidy for flood prevention. I paid him the agreed upon amount, and was very happy with the work performed and the price I paid.
