Everything went fine until installation. Jason was prompt in returning my initial call, showed up the next day on time to scope the situation and give me an estimate (which was right on with the final cost). Only problem came with the installation (not the installation itself, which went smoothly and quickly). Appointment time was 11:30a; at 12:45p he had not shown and he hadn't called. Finally called him to find out the sit. He said his previous job had been more complicated than expected and arrived for the job at 1:15p. I understand that jobs do not always go as anticipated, but he should have called to keep me apprised of the sit, not just assume the time delay didn't matter to me. I'm in the communication business and know that good communication is key.

Our old water heater motor started getting noisier and noisier, so we decided to get a new water heater. Jason was very helpful over the phone. He arrived promptly when he said he would and got the job done before I knew it. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would use him again!

Easter Sunday, clogged bathroom drain. Called him, answered immediately and agreed to visit once he was finished with his family gathering. Arrived promptly as agreed. Cheerfully unblocked the clogged drain. Quickly. Very pleasant demeanor. My cats even liked him. A nice visit and conversation, discussed other possible jobs at my request. The price was very reasonable, but I tipped him an extra $20 just because it was a holiday and a Sunday.

He came in to figure out what parts he needed on one day and came back the next to do the job. Great to work with!

He did a good job. Waukee code stated we needed something else so he came out and finished that.

Jason was courteous and prompt. He quickly diagnosed the problem - an old coupling ring had been installed with the new flush tank and a new one was needed. Jason did not have the correct part on his truck but was able to get it and complete the project in a few minutes. We have had no trouble with that toilet since.

wonderful experience. We had redone the bathroom by taking down the old wallpaper and added fresh paint and a new Angry Birds themes bathroom.

He was called on Saturday and came out on Monday. The plumber was very professional and did a great job fixing the problem. He was friendly and easy to work with. We will use him again for sure!

We contacted Jason via email Sunday afternoon and he called to setup an appointment that same evening. He provided cost estimates based on the information we provided him as to our plumbing problem. He arrived first thging the next morning and quickly resolved the issue. His charge matched his estimate. He was prompt, professional, and personable. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone and will use him again should the need arise.

Because water heater stopped working, I called for repair service. He came much later than stated, replaced a part and left quickly. Time spent here was 15 minutes and was charged $100 and kept saying water heater should be replaced. Shortly after Jason left we noted the smell of natural gas. Gas company came and turned off the gas because there was a leak where the part had been replaced. I notified Jason he said to turn gas off but did not offer or come to check the water heater repair to correct the problem. Again kept saying that new water heater was required. Because of the age of the water heater and because we were planning on replacing it in a few months we agreed to the purchase of anew water heater. Two days later he showed up and replaced the water heater. We were given no choice in the level of efficiency of the new unit. replacement took 30-45 minutes and I was charged another 800.00. I am totally unhappy with this company and will never call them again.

We've got really loud water pipes, and after a couple different tries with other plumbers, I had come up with the idea of maybe replacing the copper pipes with Pex tubing that wouldn't shriek so much. I described my thoughts to Jason, he came out to our place, and checked it out. He really spent a good deal of time talking to me and actually trying to figure out what was the actual problem. After a few minutes, he told me that replacing them all with Pex would be a really big expense, and that what we really needed to work on was the water pressure (too much in our house's case). He fiddled around with it at the main source quite a bit in the basement, and after a while, we got the pressure to a nice point where the shrieking was largely going away. He then identified a couple of other spots where toilets were leaking, etc....all said and done, he actually diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, probably cost himself a nice big job, and saved me a ton of money. An honest plumber! Almost as valuable as an honest mechanic!!!

I needed my basement stubbed for a bathroom. I hired Jason and he was able to give me a quote right away and was able to finish the project the same week. He showed up on time and did a great job. I wanted to do some of the plumbing myself and Jason walked me through what needed to be done after he left. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking for some plumbing work.

We needed our dishwasher installed and so I sent out emails Sunday from Angieslist. Jason was the first to respond Monday and installed it the same day. He put up with my kids showing off for him and stuck around to make sure nothing leaked and everything worked properly.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. I left a voice mail on Jason's phone on Thursday afternoon, and he immediately called back that day. He met me at my house the following day to observe the repair work that needed to be done and we discussed the details of cost, time it would take, and his availablity to do the work. We arranged a date to have the work done and the following Monday he met me at my house that afternoon, where he did the repair work in approximately 1 hour. Jason did his job in a very professional and prompt manner, and the work was completed within the hour timespan previously agreed upon. He left his work areas as clean as they were when he began. His charge for the work completed was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues that need repair. I will not hesitate to use his services again in the future if the need arises.

Jason came over to look at my hot water heater that was not producing hot water and advised to get a heating element instead of buying a new hot water heater. If that does not work , then what I spent on the heating element will go towards a new hot water heater.

He was running a little behind because of the call before us and he called and kept us updated of his arrival time. When he arrived he was friendly, informative about everything he would do. He did an excellent job!! He put all the water lines in that were needed in a timely fashion. I wouldn't call anyone else if we ever need a plumber again which I'm sure we will. Why call someone else when in our book we have had the best!! A+ in my book.

I called Jason at 9 am and he was able to get me in at 2:15 on the same day. Very personable and professional. I had a leaky tub that I tried to fix myself and broke off a soldering joint (it happens a lot, don't judge me especially since I am the son of a plumber, but he live 10 hours away so I needed to go outside the family for a change). I described the issue to Jason on the phone and he knew exactly what it was. Said he would be here shortly after 2. Jason showed up, asked where the patient was, and immediately got to work. Diligently worked on it and when finished working cleaned up the area and was on his merry way. Jason is what I think of when the word professional, service orientated individual comes up. Keep up the great work!! I would recommend Jason to anyone in this area. He is very reasonable, polite, considerate, and like I said personable.

Jason provided an itemized quote to us in a timely manner, and was able to schedule the work quickly. Jason came out the day after Thanksgiving and spent the day replumbing our basement. The work was excellent, the clean up pristine. We would welcome Jason back to do any other plumbing work we need and highly recommend him.

It went well. I was out of town, but he communicated frequently and provided updates. The job was finished on time and very professional. I would definitely hirer him again.

Jason was able to be there two days after the call which worked well for us. He found the leak was at the supply line and replaced it. At our request, he also replaced the mechanism inside the toilet, checked the subfloor to be sure there was no water damage, and tested the seal to insure the wax ring didn't need to be replaced. He answered another plumbing question we had in our kitchen and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very responsive, professional, helpful. We will definitely call upon him again if we need these services.
