We just moved and because of some timing issues that came up we had to stash all our furniture in the garage and basement from the moving truck. We called Iowa Moving 1 about a week later to have them move the furniture into the house to the proper rooms. I called on a Friday and they had me on the schedule for following Monday. I had to work during the day and they were flexible and worked to meet my time constraints. They arrived promptly and were quick to complete the job. They were careful with each item and courteous to me. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other moving companies. I would reccomend Iowa Move 1 to any one that needs their heavy items moved!

I would recommend these guys to anyone I know! Very courteous and professional, great responsiveness from Eric when scheduling and rescheduling due to changed closing date. The movers were very courteous and saved me from days of back pain! Very fast and efficient movers!

Iowa Moving 1 serves as an example to all in the moving profession. They were very responsive (the owner was in touch via phone and e-mail immediately after initial contact). On moving day, the team arrived on time, as scheduled, and completed our move well within the two hour minimum. Our job involved moving my elderly mother from one floor to another in her apartment building. Clayton and A. J. were very professional, patient and kind with my mother and all other residents in the apartment building (there was an elevator involved and they were particularly careful to move items promptly in order to expedite residents' use of the elevator. It was a pleasure to meet these folks and we whole heartedly recommend them for any mission in the future!

Eric is very friendly and professional. He responded to my voicemail asking for an estimate on the same day and then explained the contract to me in detail. His movers were on time and unloaded the contents of the U-Haul quickly and efficiently.

I highly recommend Iowa Moving 1 LLC Company. We had them put two filing cabinets in the garage and a console TV from the second storey down into the garage. It wasn’t very expensive. One needs to use their own vehicle for moving but they do the lifting. I didn’t have to rent anything because I already had a nice van and the two filing cabinets fit well in the van so it worked out well. They charge a $100 for two men and a truck for an hour, this service was less than that. I’m thrilled with their service ad thrilled to give them business. I had found out about them about two years ago. I also recommended them to a friend of mine who wanted to move a few things not too far. I was really excited about that. They even followed up with me after the move. They were punctual and were waiting for me; I was the one who was late. I also use them for my business. I would use them again in the future.

They were very reasonable, did a great job and very professional. They were on time and followed up with me and a closing date on our house that made our packing more complex. Really great would use them again!

They just help you load or unload. They haven't loaded me yet, but they've sold me some loading stuff. They charge about $65 an hour. They explain what they do and don't do, they explain how they charge and then we set up a date. Then I had to change the date. We've heard reports from others that have used them and said they were good. The people at the truck rental place also recommended them and heard good reports about them. So far we've found them to be very accommodating. They are real quick with response, they called first and then sent an email. I checked with other loaders and they were 50% cheaper than any of the other people who load trucks. I'll definitely use them in June when I have another truck to load.
