Description of Work: Change in people working there and change in attitude of the owner has made me not want to use this company again, even though I used them for about ten years and stayed with them through tough times. I got the feeling they did not care about my business - had plenty of business, or were very unorganized. In any event, I waited, then went elsewhere. When they finally contacted me I said I no longer needed their help.

+ -1 moreMy wifes hard drive crashed (blue screen of death). They were able to retrive & back up her files before installing a new hard drive. They were able to save thousands of pics & doucumets. Very professional, I drop it off in the morning and they called that afternoon,detailing the problem and the cost of repair. She had her laptop back in twodays. $240 I was so impressed with their work & fast turn around, that I drop off my laptop. It was slowing down & crashing. They cleaned out the viruses(240), got rid of unwanted programs, and made sure all my windows update were installed and working properly. Because of the weekend it was a 3 day turn around. $139 Forget Best Buy, Dymin is the place to go.......the also sell new & used laptops & PC's.

+ -1 moreAs far as prices go, I'm not sure if they were competitive or not. However, I was happy with the way they had a quick turnaround time. They fixed my problem. They diagnosed the problem and returned the computer to me within two or three days. I haven't had any problems with the computer since. They have recommended virus protection software, which has done a fairly good job. Overall, I was happy with them.
