replaced at a reasonable price. their advertised one business day turnaround didn't happen. According to them this was because it took longer to diagnose. Clearly the one day turnaround is just a guess.

Great. They removed the virus and everything is back to normal.

We've been using them for a long time. Our company even uses them. Because we're having a lot of computers at a job and we've had different companies that have done the work on the computers and Dymin was always right there. They were, actually, they're lower cost than most of the computer companies you know compared to like Best Buy and so on. And they never hesitated to or complained. They were good at answering questions even those stupid questions that I thought, things that I should know about the computer and I just brain blocked and I can call them and ask them and they'll tell me. They're just good. If they say they'll have it done by 5 o'clock, they'll have it done by 5 o'clock. And their willing to coach you along the way. Altogether all their service is really good. I don't know how to put it together in one sentence. I mean you never know who you're going to have there. Before for years it was like the same several 5 guys sitting in the back with the hundred computers in front of them and now it's always somebody different, but they're all just really nice people.

We had some concerns that our laptops security had been compromised. We took them to they guys at Dymin Systems to see if they could tell us if we had anything to be worried about. They called us the next day to let us know they were ready to be picked up. After arriving the guys told us everything looked ok other than the day to day nonsense you pick up while online. They did go above and beyond explaining better ways for us to protect ourselves. I left there feeling confident our laptops were not compromised and I felt comfortable coming back to them with any issues in the future. I'll recommend them to our friends and family when they need any sort of computer help.

The desktop computer tower quit working about a year ago but didn't have time to deal with it at that time. I took it in to Dymin one afternoon, explained to the technician what had happened and he indicated it could be the power supply and if that was the case, how much it would cost to replace it. Less than 24 hours later, I received a call indicating the power supply was the source of the problem and after some final testing, the unit would be ready for pick up. After hanging up, I decided I would like another feature added, called back and they indicated they could complete the request and would call when it was ready for pick-up. They completed the repair, added the feature I requested and still completed within a 24-hour period. When I picked the unit up, they went over in detail what had been completed and the amount charged for the work done was certainly fair and reasonable. The two staff members I worked with were both friendly and professional. I actually went to Dymin as a result of feedback I found on Angie's List and I would definitely go back and I would recommend their services to family and friends without any sort of reservation. I could not have been more pleased.

They were very professional. The laptop is a new, but older model because I had specific needs for a computer that did not run on windows 8.1. The laptop has a few issues, but I have not had the time to return to the store, so I can't fault them.

I had a couple of computers that were damaged in the fire, so they recovered as much data they could. I don't know much to compare between them and anybody else. I work for the state and they worked on a couple of state computers, so I went over there because I needed the data recovered. They did a good job. They seemed like competent.

I get really good service and if something is not quite right, they will fix it at no extra charge. I recommend them to people. They gave me back the disk. I added memory and replaced the hard drive with a bigger hard drive. They loaded the operating system and it cost about $400. I think that the prices are higher than they need to be.

My experience with them has been excellent. I have used them multiple times and they always did a good job. Their service cost under $100. They are upfront and fast. Their technicians are very honest and they tell you what they are going to do. They do not have any extra charges. They do what they say for the cost that they say that it will cost and I appreciate that. Their service works and they are pretty quick about it. I have not had any issues with my computer since the last service was provided. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I don't use them anymore. They're open a lot; it used to be open for 24 hours when they started and there were just two people but even so, their service was much better. They've grown so big now and now that they're making lots of money, they don't really care much about their customers. There is really not as much as customer service as there was before and they're overpriced now. They just started out with two guys in one small office and they were open 24 hours a day. The two kids were working hard making business and now that they're rich and famous, they don't give a da*n about anybody anymore so I'm not going back.

It was great. I was very happy with the whole experience. What stands out is their personal interest and personal attention to detail.
