Scam artists! The worst drywall work I have ever seen. Terrible communication within the staff. Mike, the sales manager came over and wrote a proposal that did not include what they were asked to do. They never sent updated contract. Workers showed up not knowing what they were there to do. They ended up never getting it right. Because they could not follow instructions. When I called to ask for different, more competent contractors, Mike and Shawna were only concerned about the contract they had with subcontractors, and not at all concerned about my house. These guys did not mask anything off. Not only did they make an enormous mess by getting dust all over every square inch of my house, they damaged all of my interior trim work upstairs by splattering plaster all over everything. Absolute pigs! They are never allowed in my house again!

We were so pleased with the entire experience with CertaPro. The price, the workmanship and the follow up. Would hire them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend CertaPro.

They arrived on time and ready to work. Living and dining room done in one day. Looks amazing. We also had them do two bedrooms. Those also look terrific

They did so well we have signed them to a quarterly contract to touch up areas in our space as needed.

Be sure you and CP communicate specifically on what CP will do. I expected CP to leave my painted walls perfect. They claim some of the imperfections were already there and they painted over. I may disagree. CP returned twice to remedy. Customer service was good but communications and painting is a concern.

They were professional and courteous. The work was done to my satisfaction. All of my concerns were addressed. They were very patient with me.

They are scam artists. Booked in advance. No follow up calls. No calls about paint colors. Rained that day & didn't know if anyone was coming. Left for work & came home to a painting family that didn't have my colors. He was told to match as close as he could to my FADED colors I was having updated!! So many unbelievable conversations that let me know I was locked in & it didn't matter to them. Financing coupons were incorrect so that you have a balance after the promotional date & have to pay an enormous interest rate. The paperwork was not signed or finished until AFTER & the secretary met me at work to sign. Lucky for them, I have morals and believe in karma. Not using them would be their karma.

Lack of communication between estimator and workers and office. Felt like a number - office people never knew my name and thought my name was my husband's all the time. Couldn't communicate with workers, either because of language barrier. Price was way too high for the amount of work. Quality ended up OK after asking them to make it better.

Terrible to work with - sales Manager will promise items and then not follow through. Said they would sand and seal wood, they did it both at the same time - really! Sand, wipe down then seal, anyone knows that except them. Sales manager said they could get marks off the wood, but the crew said they could not. Was suppose to sand the complete area but it was hit and miss what was sanded. Outside painter said he was only doing one coat of paint (new wood) because he didn't know how to read the contract that state 2 coats. That same painter refused to do 2 coats on a door like the contract stated and said that CertaPro just says it needs 2 coats to make more money, but that the door could only handle one coat otherwise will start to flake off. Worst of all this, the sales manager's brother owns the company, so how do you get someone to listen to your complaints? Even if they subcontract, someone from CertaPro should go out on every job to make sure everything should get done as per contract and not make the homeowner be the supervisor - that's what they are getting paid to do.

They did a good job

Paint left on baseboards, window trim, doors, light switches, electrical outlets, cabinets....it's EVERYWHERE!! Didn't realize CertaPro subcontracted its work...that's my fault for not asking. The painter couldn't even speak or understand English. I'd post all the pictures of the sloppy work if I could. At least they didn't get paint on the ceilings. No one from CertaPro was present during the final walk-through.

Very enthusiastic and helpful. Was always on the job when promised. Some adjustments needed to be made to the schedule because of normal business adjustments.
