Mike was out to give me a quote, within 24 hours. I had a new garage door installed, and a color to match my house was available, just not in stock and would be 3-4 weeks before it would be available. Since the old door was literally not operable, I got t he standard white, and decided I'll get it painted. He was able to match it exactly, and it looks exactly like the pre painted door that I would have had to wait for. The entire process was simple, the quote was very reasonable, I'm very happy with the results

The communication with the company was excellent--they kept in touch with us about when the work would commence, what we needed to do to be ready, and about how long it would take. They helped with the selection of paint and recommendations for possible repair work that might need to be done. It rained one or two days in the middle of our project, and they stayed in touch about when work could begin again. They did an excellent job, cleaned up thoroughly, and the finished product looks wonderful.

The estimator and the painters showed up on time when they said they would be at our home. Everyone was helpful and very nice. I appreciated the help with picking out colors. The painting and patching are amazing. I cannot find anything wrong with work completed.

After reading all the great reviews, we called Certapro Painters to give us an estimate and, in fact, had them do the job. We felt the price they gave us was fair and competitive. We had some repairs to the home and the entire exterior of our house painted. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work. Everything was done as promised. We were surprised to find out that they could do the repairs to the house prior to the painting. We were very pleased with the coordination between the carpentry work and the painting. Certapro turned what I thought would be a very difficult situation into something very simple. We plan on painting the complete interior of our home in the future and wouldn't have anybody other than Certapro do the work! Again, comforting to know that if we need carpentry work done prior to the painting of the interior, they will coordinate it with their painters. Just a great company top to bottom with a great bunch of people. Wouldn't have anybody else do our painting or repairs. We highly recommend them.

sales person over sold what the painters actually did. Was told by the project manger the painter was one of the best. I told them if they were the best then that's a bad reflection on CertaPro. Would recommend no one use them. Bad experience.

Painter appeared on time, worked diligently, personable, and completed project well within expectations. Was able to answer questions. A little pricey, but I’m confident that the job that was done won’t have to be repeated for several years.

Mike W. As estimator was very helpful. I had just finished some siding repair and soffits and his comments about painting preparation were valuable. He recommended two spray coats and I am glad I agreed. Pricing was realistic. Paint choice, color choice, spray quality, tape/paper prep, and clean up were tops.
