We had never heard of any problems with window described until the Angie's List report. We have made numerous attempts to contact the homeowners: calling, leaving messages as well as sending notes via postal mail. To date (months later), we have still not received any information or contact from them. We would be happy to discuss any issues and look at the window in question. We strive for 100% satisfaction and were quite surprised to hear a negative report. We look at any customer contact as an opportunity to improve, but cannot reach these customers to remedy this issue for them.

They came out to our home and measured all the windows. They were so nice and fun. When it came down to having the windows replaced we could only afford one which was the second most expensive in our home. They sent me a price, I mailed them a check and when the window was ready to install we set a date and they were on time. Very nice and professional.
Description of Work: took out box window and replaced with a standard window. The inside looks very professional. I love it. They are still working on the outside since replacing siding to match is a challenge.
