We understand the problems homeowners face in finding a skilled contractor who will provide a timely bid, follow through with the timeline presented and charge according to promised bid or hourly rate. Greg Schenck has worked in all facets of home improvement for 20 years and if not directly doing the improvements himself, is on site to supervise any contracted labor directly, working alongside them. All labor costs are communicated up front with bids in writing and all receipts for materials are provided directly to the homeowner (no loading material costs). We are partnered with a real estate appraisal firm which provides consulting services to assist homeowners in determining which improvements will add value to a home and which may not.
