The whole process from beginning to end was exceptionally well run. Communication was extremely facile, whether I needed access to them or they required something from me. They were very responsive to questions in all stages and clear in their answers. they were specific about documentation required and provided a safe and secure but fast way to upload confidential information. The closing itself had some pandemic challenges but, especially here, the Guaranteed Rate staff members were solution oriented and pro-active ins some instances. I have closed twice on home purchases before, outside of a pandemic. Neither was as smooth as this.

I've done multiple loans with Mike and his team an guaranteed rate. When we purchased our first home, Mike was able to help us through the whole process. I was amazed at how easy and simple his team made a complicated transaction by using modern online tools. We later refinanced that home with Guaranteed rate and saved tons of money. Several years and four kids later, Mike help us buy our second home. My financial situation was unique since I was back in school full time while working for the church.
