Smith Sewer Service Inc I highly recommend Smith Sewer Service. I had to call them out two times, because I had two different problems and one of those times was on a Sunday. They were there right away, was very prompt, very friendly and did a good job.

Technician called ahead of time and coordinated meeting, quickly cleared blockage and cleaned up. Then "coached" me on how to remove the strainer next time.

The serviceman took care of both draining problems professionally and efficiently. He also gave us some preventive maintenance tips. We are quite satisfied with the results. Would recommend their services to anyone.

My tenant called to report a clogged bathtub drain at her residence. I sent my handyman out to fix it. He was unable to remove the trap to clean the drain pipe. I called Smith Sewer Service. The company representative arrived promptly and removed, cleaned and replaced the trap with ease. The problem was solved and he cleaned up the area and was on his way. It was a flawless experience.

We've used Smith's in the past for sewer work unrelated to this problem and had great service. I called at 9am and they were able to come out by 10:30am. Job was done in about 45 minutes and cost an hour's labor. They called and said they were on the way, insuring we'd be ready. They were also considerate of the pets in the home - making sure the cats didn't escape as they came and went. I especially appreciate that they were upfront about the difficulty in snaking the tub drain and allowed us to make an informed decision. I highly recommend Smith's Sewer Service.

The service person arrived promptly on schedule, ran the snake from the kitchen drain to the new section of sewer pipe, checked that the rest of the line was flowing freely, cleaned up conscientiously after himself (which is more than I can say for the plumber who replaced the corroded pipe, but that's another story) and was finished in less than a half-hour. His price was very reasonable and I was very happy with his work.

I've used them for years. They cleaned up. I have a situation where my wife cannot get to the downstairs toilet so it needed to be done. It was a short trip and they had tools that I didn't have. It is amazing what the right tools can do. They advertise 24 hour service and they have an answering service.

Our warranty comapny send me plumber who could not do it- but he recomended this guy. he came within 30 minutes despite being sick. he inspected the lines, brought heavy snake, drained the whole line. it took him liitle bit over one hour. he said he did not find any hard objects, recomended use of video camera if it happens again.

It was great because they came in when I needed them to, diagnosed the problem, did the work, and then cleaned up when they were finished. They were professional and friendly.

Sewer was completely clogged after plumbing preformed by another plumbing company. Smith's guy Chris unclogged it in no time (said that other plumber should have done it) for the minimum charge, and snaked everything out from there to prevent future problems.
