It all went very well. He was on time and did his job excellently. He also answered all of our questions. We are very satisfied and pleased with Smith's Sewer Service company. We would recommend them to others.

Went very well. Gave me good advice on preventative care for the drain.

Had a clogged sink/dishwasher. Smith's came out the next day and snaked the sewer line. Employee was professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. Couldn't ask for more.

Overall, I was happy with the price and unclogged drain. The one beef I had with the service was that the gentlemen left a dirty mess on our wall and floor from his equipment and shoes. This is despite my attempts to protect the work area with tarps and towels before his arrival. I guess I rather shampoo the carpet and repaint the wall instead of clean out a drain.

I called expecting a wait and was surprised when I was told it would be 30 minutes to an hour. Sure enough, 45 minutes later the tech called and was on his way. He was here maybe 15 minutes and we had the drain line cleared and running well. Response was much better than I even hoped for!

We woke up on a Sunday morning to black gunk backing out of our wet bar and a sink in the bathroom next to our wet bar. Smith's came out and fixed the clog as well as looked at a couple other drains we were having issues with. In all, we spent around $200 for service on a Sunday - we were very impressed with the service, price and professionalism.

Wow! Prompt, polite and professional. Cost was extremely reasonable. I used to live in Seattle, and to get this kind of service, that promptly, and at that price... blew me away! I will not even bother to try and fix it myself next time. I have Smith's on speed dial now! I also want to mention the girls on the help desk line; they picked up the phone on the second ring, were polite, and had me scheduled in minutes. Utterly painless.

They showed up with short notice after another sewer company cancelled at the last minute. The work was covered by the warranty on a new home.

A service rep was able to come out the same day and clear out a clogged drain. The service rep was prompt and took care of the drain within one hour. He was a great company representative

Serviceman was punctual and thorough and cleaned up after himself well. He was here approximately an hour and did a fine job.

The line no longer has a clog and they took care of the problem in about an hour.

Kurt came to do a video inspection of the sewer line from my first floor bathroom. Many thanks to Kurt and all of Smith Plumbing. Kurt went the extra mike to solve my problem. Kurt is a seasoned professional that seems to enjoy helping people. The price was fair. I am thrilled we didn't have to cut into the pipes. In appreciation I sent them a fruit basket to show my gratitude. Thanks again Kurt.

Went very well. Technician was great. They are fortunate to have such an excellent employee. He was friendly, prompt, and an excellent representative of the company.

They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. very happy with service.

It took 3 service calls to fix the problem over the course of 6 weeks and was somewhat frustrating. I had a dispute on the cost of the last visit. They listened to my concerns and adjusted the cost to my satisfaction. Not sure I agree with their guarantee policy as they really did not know what the problem was and just kept putting a "guess" down on the work sheet so the next guy guessed it was something else and of course that was not the original thing so it was not covered in the guarantee and I needed to pay for another service call each time . Despite that their service was professional and they did adjust the cost when I called them so yes I would probably use them again.

They did an excellent job. Plus they told us that soft foods like lettuce and pasta noodles cause most clogs.

Overall, I am happy with their service and would use them again. I am confident that the leak occurred only because the water had been turned off at the stool for a prolonged period of time, and that this was no fault of Smith Sewer Service.

Unclogged the main for me, which Roto-Rooter couldn't do. Took a video of the line. He explained to me what we were looking at in a way I could understand. Very professsional and knowledgable. I would definitely use them again, but I sincerely hope I don't have to. ;)

Called on a Sunday and they sent someone out with in an hour in the snow. We've always had great results when they've come out.

The cleaning went fine, but I was told that the technician was on his way at 3:30pm and when it was 5:15pm and no one showed up, I called the company again. This time I got someone who said he would check the situation out and call back. He did call back shortly and told me that the technician had made a stop to help out another technician. This would have been ok with me but I think a phone call would have been appropriate to let me know about the delay.
